5 Stars goes to Jeremy. From the start, Jeremy called prior to his scheduled afternoon appointment, which was actually earlier than I expected. He was professional. He was polite, professional and friendly. He was complimentary with regards to my home in general. Jeremy is knowledgeable and is a master at his trade. I believe he went above and beyond. He walked me through the correct way to ignite my gas fireplace in the fall to turning it off in the spring. Jeremy represents Courtesy Propane very, very well. Jeremy deserves a Christmas bonus! He is an asset to Courtesy Gas!

Warning extremely untrustworthy.
No even a customer and after a wrong account, trespassed my property and vandalized my driveway.

I got stood up by my old provider for 5 days. I finally got fed up and called Courtesy Gas. They had me going the same day. Will be switching my service to a company that does what they say.

On Jan 12, 2021 at 11:41 AM I called to inquire about getting my 100 lb propane tank filled and my account setup as I had just purchased my home on 86 Keith St. a couple of months prior. The house already had a rusty old propane tank with "Courtesy Gas" painted on it. The same day, someone from Courtesy Gas came to my house, checked my 100 lb propane tank and told me it was still over half full and that it would be several months before it needed to be refilled. On Apr 19, 2021 I received a bill for filling a propane tank as well as a late charge even though I never received any actual propane or a previous bill that I could have called to complain about. I called 904.829.2709 at 10:49 AM and after explaining the mistake made by courtesy gas I was told by the customer service rep that they would look into the problem and call me back. They never did, but I assumed they had fixed the issue. On May 17 I received and additional bill with another late charge. I called 904.829.2709 at 9:54 AM and explained once again that I am not paying for propane that I never received and I told the customer service rep to have someone come and get the tank as I would put it out in front of my house (it is still there). I also told her to close my account immediately due to incompetence and fraud by Courtesy Gas.Today, I received another bill with an additional $30 charge plus two "interest" charges of $1.77.I am done with your fraud and harassment. I demand you remove your tank from my property with 3 days of receipt of this letter or I will be selling it. I demand my "balance due" be set to zero and closed immediately. If I don't receive confirmation at my email or in my mailbox within three days, I will also file a complaint with the FTC for fraud.

Easy to find, close and convenient, plenty of parking, easy in and out of the parking lot. I was able to park right near the tank so I didn’t have to carry the tanks for. Fair price. Easy reliable payment. Friendly. Very quick I was in and out in five minutes. I’ll be back.

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and call a different company, not the most professional. The crew made a mess out of our front yard ( claims they're not landscapers), threw piles of dirt on a couple of plants, left gobs of dirt piles on lawn, didn't even try to put back the mulch and barely put back the sod they dug up. The head of the crew (owners son) was snarky toward me, workers left pizza boxes, drink containers, cigarette pack, butts and lighter where they were working. They cut our internet lines and even had a verbal dispute with the trash collectors. When I called the company and asked to speak with the "boss", the person answering the phone made excuses and never put me through to the boss/owner or had him call me back. I later found out, they're all related; the aunt answers the phones and they all cover for one another,( it's 90 degrees outside, people are calling in, he went home early, trucks are breaking down, they don't do landscaping, etc.) including for the boys on the crew. Days later following a rain storm, , some of the area covering the propane tank actually caved in from the crew not covering the tank with enough dirt... the nightmare continues.

Working with Courtesy Gas is like taking a walk back in time. I grew up in Flagler Beach in the 1960's and the majority of businesses were small family owned. In those days there was a personal level of service that doesn't exist today with the larger corporations where unfortunately "profits before people" are now the rule.
We aren't large users of propane so being able to rent a small tank for our fireplace in the winter was the most economical option. Other companies wanted to sell us our equipment which would have cost nearly $1,000 up front to run a fireplace for 3-4 months. I commend Steve, Tyler and the rest of the Courtesy Gas gang for not forgetting the small customer. As the old adage states "drops in a bucket" fill up the bucket. Courtesy Gas has established a nice customer niche. The service has been second to none and we were so happy that we ended spending that $1,000 on brand new state of the art fire logs which save us a small fortune on gas as the pilot light stays off when not in use.
Without hesitation or reservation we recommend the good folks at Courtesy Gas if you need propane for your business or residence.
