Most of these reviews sound petty, entitled, and unrealistic, so I felt compelled to leave a decent review. I've been to this store twice innthe last few months. Both times they assisted me with an exchange, both times they set realistic expectations about store stock and online stock exchanges, both times they went out of their way to be accomodating, both times I was immediately greeted and advised of sale items... There's a lot of choices. Crocs are my new favorite brand. I don't know what is wrong with all these nasty reviews but ya'll need to get your heads out your arse and go back wherever you came from.

I arrived in the store yesterday after deciding never to shop there again as my last experience over a year ago was not the best as soon as I walked in there was a young lady at the door. They greeted at me. I informed her that I was there to exchange the shoes I purchased online. She immediately stated before I could finish my entire sentence that they could not replace the shoe because they didn’t carry it in store. I immediately felt unwelcome. I simply wanted to know where the kids shoes were so that I can replace them with another pair and my niece’s actual size when I located a pair of shoes similar to the ones I purchased online I went to the register to exchange only to find out that the shoes that are two sizes smaller than the ones I purchased online were $22 more than what I paid I mentioned to the cash cashier that I purchased the shoes that we had online during Black Friday and that perhaps that could be the reason why the price difference is so vast compared to the ones I purchased yesterday, needless to say, the young lady seemed to be pretty confused and called over the same woman that greeted us when we arrived in to assist her with doing a price adjustment only to find that the lady that greeted me at the door was more than glad to tell me that she could not assist me yet again I paid the cost difference for the shoes, but honestly, I hate this store with the passion. I feel like they’re doing me a favor while I spend my money, totally unprofessional and rude.

Very disappointed experiencing. Just spent $206.00 on this store this Sunday 11/10 and now I have a loss of $70.00. Went there to get a pair of crocs for me and my kids. After leave the store, I’ve noticed that the pair that I’ve got was the wrong size (very tight and uncomfortable on my feet). Literally 10 minutes later, I’ve returned to the store and ask for a refund to exchange the size and a lady that probably is the manager, said that couldn’t do it for me because I remove the tag! That’s ridiculous! The product is new! I have the receipt! Just because I remove the tag, now I'm forced to keep a product that I'm not going to use and it hurts my feet! Very badly customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could!

Extremely poor customer service. Brought a pair in to return FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS PER WEBSITE. was told they can't assist because they don't have that model. The manager then left in the middle of helping us. Left the store to clarify. Another example of a failing society and business model. Get your website and customer service in order. It isn't the customers fault when they drive TO THE STORE bc the website sent them there with label to resolve issue. Wasn't resolved and waste of driving to the store. Two thumbs down. If this store shuts down I won't be surprised and won't feel bad for employees with the low level service provided

Took my son into this location to look at Crocs. Now I am an adult so I get that there are things out there that people feel differently about and I am okay with that but when children go into a store I think some things need to be taken into consideration! These jibbitz don’t need to be out on display for children to see and to then ask their parents “What’s that mean?” Very disappointed and will not go back.
