Literally the worst pharmacy ever. They're constantly making mistakes on the forms they send to insurance companies so the insurance is denied and then they make you pay out of pocket because they refuse to fix their mistakes even when your insurance company is on speaker phone with them telling them exactly what they did wrong and how to fix it. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst pharmacy ever. So rude and non professional. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy have to come here. Not only was extreme attitude given to me when picking up my prescriptions. The pharmacist assistant was yelling my medication across the room for everyone to hear. After yelling my information she said I had to talk to my doctor about my prescriptions when it was just an error on her end. No apology given. Had to wait a hour to pick up my routine prescriptions and was then greeted with more rudeness at checkout. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Had an emergency while vacationing in St Augustine. My daughter left her insulin at home. Went to the the CVS on Ponce de Leon in St Augustine and Jessica the pharmacist went above and beyond. She worked diligently to help us with approval of the medication with insurance and helped facilitate getting the prescription at another CVS as they did not have enough to fill at her store. She even gave me printed directions to the other store to ensure the quickest way to get to the other store. She was our saving grace in a very stressful situation. A special Thank you to Jessica (pharmacist).

Not sure I understand the mentality of whoever thought of completely closing the pharmacy during lunch instead of leaving someone there to help pickup or drop off prescriptions.that way , you're not inconveniencing the 98% of customers that don't need to speak with the pharmacist .

My doctor sent my prescription to them at 930am, I arrived at ten and they claimed it "hadn't gone through", come back in two hours" Even though I had the doctors note and prescription in my hand. would absolutely not fill it(an antibiotic). I came back in two hours and they kept trying to blame the doctor's office even though I had called them to resend it. Called cvs number and it is somehow even more useless, and to top it off it dumps advertising on you. After 7 phone calls finally they say they will have it at 3pm. The 5 hours that elapsed for no reason could have been deadly to someone who was prescribed a critical prescription. No one should be treated this way. Better medical service in a 3rd world country. Unreal says pharmacy on the door and it is anything but, Never getting my business again.

A TERRIBLY expensive CVS. I would avoid this store and go elsewhere. I couldn’t believe some of the prices for random items. They are only charging this much for the location. We walked out with deodorant, generic Tums, and generic sunscreen for $30.

Don't go there if you need a prescription! My husband got bit by a spider Friday night and had to wait 10 minutes while the pharmacist BS with a customer about his homeland and the phone was ringing off the hook. Worse, I just had hip replacement surgery and called Monday morning to get a status on my medication. I waited 35 mins for someone to answer the phone. Such poor service! Walgreen next door will get future service!

The person at the pharmacy was extremely helpful and we managed to get the right over the counter medication for our allergic reaction to bug spray.

My doctored ordered an antibiotic online on Wednesday. They had none in stock so they ordered it. On Saturday they still did not have it. Finally got prescription transferred to Walgreen's who went out of their way to get it for me quickly. Thank you Walgreen's
