Pharmacist female (I will share her name in the next review) lacking basic people skills. Spoke to me with an attitude and hung up on me at the drive through. Troubleshooting skills do not exist. Can you believe she never came out from behind the computer and shouted to me over the computer she was on to tell me about my order. Then proceeds to tell me she is working on two things at one time and NEVER SHOWED HER FACE TO ME! I'm honestly appalled at her conduct. This young woman will never make it in her own business. Good thing she has a salary job with one of the worst pharmacy chains. I guess I expected too much....to ask for the common courtesy of a conversation. When I told her I use Costco most of the time and never have an issue with my prescriptions, she spoke to me like I was an idiot telling me Costco and CVS are two diffferent companies. HELLO? I think I know that.Hopefully she will read this review.I feel sad for her as she doesn't realize how rude and inappropriate she is. Go back to school for hospitality because that's your key to success in life. Not just with you...everyone.Isn't it not always what you say but how you say it?!!!!I'm still in shock over this experience!

The store itself and employees are nice but the bathrooms are ALWAYS DISGUSTING! I seldom use their bathrooms but there's been a time or two that I've needed to take a quick bathroom stop during shopping and their women's bathroom is always absolutely disgusting and there's no reason for it!! Idk if it's a management problem or what but as much business as they get, you'd think they'd care about appearance and things like that. So if you are shopping at the island CVS beware of the bathroom - you might get coodies!

I had 2 rx that were waiting for pick up in CT. We came down for vacation and i forgot to grab them. The ladies here were awesome. I tried transferring them from CT to here in St A using the CVS App. Which didn't work. The staff were able to find them in the central system and "grab" them from the Ct store and had them filled here. All 3 were nice and professional and certainly understanding of my situation .I am very thankful for everything

Place closed at 10pm other day. 2 hrs before the listed close time is. Also it was 9:59 pm and I checked out 2 items at self checkout and lady had already locked the doors. So when I went to unlock them she came running over saying that she had to do it.Well how about don’t lock the doors before closing time in customer service business or if you do, how about be ready standing next to them to let ppl out instead of making ppl wait.

The pharmacist Jason is very good and he does everything in his power to help the patient and customer and the community is lucky to have him working there.

Purchased a 6 pack today, July 14th. Opened it, took a sip and it tasted weird. Turns out it expired in April 2023

I understand that they’re not open late at night anymore. But they need to be open at least when the store opens so that people can get their prescriptions before work. So they get a zero from me. Especially when people are leaving town to go to the airport.

Complaint: Accused of "acting strange" and ''stuffing my pockets'' by a middle over middle aged balding gentleman with white tipped hair spikes while checking out the Coppertone display surfboard as my girlfriend shopped.Intent: Use my day off to Ignorantly Tarnish the reputation and character of an already temperamental and sensitive gentleman with a power trip based off of a single in-counter that left me displeased.Story: I recently found myself in a comically surreal situation at this CVS, which compelled me to share my unusual encounter with the world. Brace yourselves for a rollercoaster of misguided suspicions and retail tomfoolery, all brought to you by a middle- over-middle-aged balding gentleman with white-tipped hair spikes, whose overactive imagination took center stage.Picture this: I innocently stood near the Coppertone display surfboard, casually inspecting the vibrant array of sunscreen options while my beloved girlfriend roamed the aisles in pursuit of her own retail desires. Little did I know that the stage was about to be set for an epic clash of bizarre accusations and daring pocket-stuffing adventures.Enter our valiant hero, the aforementioned glasses wearing middle-over-middle-aged gentleman, who could have easily auditioned for a role in a D-list comedy flick parody of Guy Fieri Dinners Drive in and Dives. Sporting hair spikes that could rival the frosty peaks of a mountaintop, he strode toward me with an air of misplaced authority, ready to expose my supposed criminal intent. With a finger pointed at me like a misguided superhero announcing a new villain, he accused me of "acting strange" and even went as far as suggesting I was stuffing my pockets with ill-gotten goods. It was as if I had been cast as the mastermind behind a high-stakes sunscreen smuggling ring.I assure you that my actions were as innocent as a newborn puppy. I was merely a humble sun seeker, contemplating the merits of SPF 30 versus SPF 50, while this gentleman's imagination conjured up a saga of grand larceny. Alas, my dreams of finding the perfect Coppertone blend were dashed in an instant. As I attempted to defend my honor against this follically challenged vigilante, the absurdity of the situation hit me like a rogue wave. I couldn't help but chuckle inwardly at the sheer absurdity of it all. Was this truly the pinnacle of crime prevention at your local drugstore? Surely there must be more pressing matters for our white-tipped-hair-spiked hero to tackle. In the end, I emerged from this encounter with a bruised ego and a newfound appreciation for the theatrical talents of unsuspecting bystanders. Though I failed to convince the gentleman of my innocence, I left CVS that day with a remarkable story to tell. And thus, I present to you this review, a testament to the sheer entertainment value that can be found even in the most mundane of shopping experiences. So, if you're in the mood for a dash of farcical drama during your CVS visit, I highly recommend positioning yourself near the Coppertone display surfboard and witnessing the magic unfold. Just be prepared to face the unwarranted suspicions of a middle-aged balding gentleman with white-tipped hair spikes, who undoubtedly believes he is the protagonist in his own espionage thriller.Note: No display surfboards were harmed or sunscreens unlawfully pocketed during the making of this review.

The staff have always been sweet to me and I’ve never had to wait in line (except at pharmacy, which does seem a bit understaffed) due to the self checkout registers. They always r stocked in all my favorite snacks too!Went there for a COVID booster and the check in process for if you scheduled online was easy! There was a five min wait but no lie the pharmacist who administered my shot was amazingly quick. He was a bit quiet but had me surprised because I hardly felt the needle.

The WORST pharmacy in town. Lines are terrible. Waited 20 min in line at the drive thru. Ended up going in, waited another ten minutes. Ridiculous.

This is the best CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to. Everyone is working really hard to get people their prescriptions. It's always so busy but the techs and Pharmacist are very welcoming and are working as fast as they can. I have also never seen a pharmacist jump in to help the way the one at this CVS does. As for the rest of the store everyone is really friendly. Keep up the great work! We all know your short staffed but thank you for not letting that affect your work ethic.
