I dropped 3 new prescriptions off through the drive thru on Thursday 9/11/25. The woman looked at all 3, went and talked to someone with them in hand and came back and said they would be ready in 30 mins. I told her that I won’t be able to make it back until Friday morning to pick them up. I didn’t get a text that they were ready so I called and had to leave a voicemail for a call back. I got a call on Saturday from the pharmacist. He said they only had 1 of the 3 prescriptions and needs to look for the other 2. He said he would call me back in an hour. I never got a call back. Now, here we are on Sunday without a call and without the meds. So, I called again only to be told that I have to wait until Monday so that they can speak to the employee that took them fr me on Thursday. She returns to work on Monday. They are finally going to fill the one they do have today. This is absolutely ridiculous and playing with my health.

Yet another CVS that offers horrible service. Medications were to be ready this morning, only one was. Even spoke with them 2 days ago (not an easy task since you can’t call them and speak to someone, you have to leave a message-horrible way to treat customers) and they said it would be easy this morning. It was almost 12:30 pm and not ready. Told me to come back in an hour and a half or I was welcome to come in and wait but it wouldn’t be ready until after 2. Always an excuse with CVS! Time to find a new pharmacy. Truly hope this one would be better (they were great the last 5 months, now back to the same BS!).

It is hard to find things in this location since so many things are OUT OF STOCK . It's either they are out of stock or the employees are ridiculously slow at filling the shelves.
Want to use coupons at self checkout? Good luck. NO ONE ever empties or pushes down the coupon slot so you can actually put them in there.

Wen there one hour ago ask the front lady were I would find leg cramps pills she told me in the back …I go were she said …can’t find it ….I see a. Man in the back of the counter talking. Ask him about the pill ….he said he is leaving no time to help me …he showed me with his foot and left…so I did the same and leave …..went across the street to Walgreens….got a great service and the pills so tell me …im 77 years old do you think I have the agility to go look at the bottom of the shelf

We moved to Silverleaf a year ago from north Jax. This CVS pharmacy is our primary pharmacy! I’m impressed with the service that the staff and the head pharmacist offer. The head pharmacist explained us how to use insulin pen for my gestational diabetes and also advised us which needle is best for my pregnancy and my pocket. The drive through service is quick as well. The entire staff try their best to answer your questions and never make you wait unnecessarily unlike other CVS locations/pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy! 10 on 10 from my family! 😊🫶

Why is it impossible to get someone on the phone to ask a simple question about medications? worst customer service. Just need a simple question answered, and your phone service line is atrocious.

This has been my pharmacy for years and John the Primary Pharmacist is the nicest guy I've ever dealt with. He always welcomes me by name & he is always so helpful! I appreciate their help very much!
