I came through visiting town and normally stick to small mom and pop shops for my cold needs but came to this CVS. The staff were very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Thanks Mr.Sprowles and the kind lady whose name I didn’t catch.

The only way that I got helped was by taking my business elsewhere. No wonder why this store, in particular, has low reviews in customer service. If you offer a service, it's your job to comply and provide it. I went in to receive a money order. I was asked if I needed help , and I said yes, I'm receiving a money order. The manager said I needed to use the phone, which: 1. I wasn't sending , I was receiving 2. I already had the confirmation number. 3 by the time I realized that the kiosk had a number verification and was putting it in the same manager tells me oh we only have $100 in the register that it's best I come back later. As someone who's worked retail, your register needs to have over $100 to even open sales in the morning. I will say I get the fact that some stores like this do offer a lower amount. But I literally just wasted my time here. It's like telling me to take my business elsewhere without telling me to take my business.

My mother recently had a disheartening experience at CVS that I feel is important to share. My mother, dealing with the heartache of her dogs bone cancer, went to this pharmacy (with her dog after a vet visit with prescription for Tylenol 4 with codeine, a necessary medication for her dog's pain. Despite the medication being out of stock, the pharmacy technician's approach was less than professional. The questioning felt accusatory, almost as if implying my mother was misusing the medication. The lack of empathy shown, especially given the seriousness of her dog's condition, was frankly appalling The situation escalated when I called to discuss this matter with the pharmacy manager. Not onlv was his attitude dismissive and unhelpful, but he also blatantly lied, denying that my mother had even been to the pharmacy that day. This outright falsehood was shocking and completely unacceptable. Additionally, his manner over the phone was extremely unprofessional; he was curt, tried to cut me off, and seemed eager to end the call, demonstrating a clear lack of interest in addressing the issue This experience at CVS was not just frustrating but also deeply disconcerting. It's imperative for pharmacy staff to exhibit professionalism and empathy, especially in sensitive health-related matters. The lack of accountability and the dishonesty displayed by the pharmacy manager were unacceptable. hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improved customer service ensuring that no one else has to endure such a disheartening experience.

What a great experience. Young man working at cash register was polite and helpful, and to the time to ask his supervisor for help when he needed it. The supervisor/manager was quick to respond and calmly helped when needed. Great team!

Finally the straw that broke the camels back. This is the most overpriced pharmacy in America. The pharmacy is poorly equipped to handle anything that's now straight down the fairway. If your insurance denies a medication and you want to pay the cash price GOOD LUCK! They do not know how to handle a transaction without insurance. Perfect example of a failed medical system.

I am going to be short and get straight to the point. Do not use this pharmacy!!! Staff and especially pharmacist are very rude, extremely dismissive and disrespectful! Overcharging is their norm! Instead of getting into details of the case they are pushinga patient to complete sale as soon as possible just to get it over with. I have couple instances of being mistreated with this particular location. Hope it is not CVS corporate culture! It is a shame that in such a beautiful tourist and oldest town like St Augustine there is so low unworthy service.

Here we go.. This particular CVS location is running the scam skim and it happened to me several times. I got a message on my phone that all four of my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. I came to the store on 10/22/23 to pick them up. As I was checking out at the pharmacy register noticed the charge for the entire order came out to be $115.20 (see attached pic). I questioned the associate about the total as my previous exact same order on 7/22/23 was $52.22 (see attached pic). The register associate went to ask pharmacist Mo Koleilat (see his "professional" business card he game me on attached pic). Pharmacist very dismissively told me that this is 90-days supplies which has never changed since I have been ordering with my insurance company this year. I have paid for the order as a courtesy to a labor spent and was thinking will straighten the issue out later. This morning, 10/23/2023 I came back to the store to return unpacked sealed prescriptions still being unclear why have to deal with this on my part. Instead of taking them back, the same pharmacist Mo Koleilat and another associate in extremely rude manner told me the same thing verbally attacking me and acting like they new I was coming back to resolve. None of my complaints and frustration has been addressed therefore, I had to leave with what I am feeling about this crew and CVS as a whole right now. Some of the medications I have been picking up from this pharmacy aim to control BP. These employees indeed made sure my BP got elevated. I suppose that is the new way and goal for the "medical" facility to treat their patients!!! Let's find out how CVS corporate reacts to it so their attitude gets adjusted ASAP. Thank you for reading.

I have never felt as ignored as I do every time I go inside with a written prescription. First, the drive through got immediate attention while I was waiting for someone to take my script. Finally, someone appears, takes my script and walks away. Another staff member walks up and asks about the script and I tell him she took it and walked away. He takes the script and walks away. They did fill it after I waited 30 minutes. I was in pain and bleeding while watching the pharmacist run the cash register. Solution is hire more people.

Best candy selection, but so overpriced. And it's just because they can. Sad that's how they choose to do business. But it is what it is.

Is not always able to contact healthcare provider and therefore, they are not always able to fill prescriptions. Will instruct the patient to reach out instead.
