I went through the drive through to get my prescription and the man helping me was the rudest pharmacy employee I have ever encountered. He had a heavy accent and spoke so quietly I struggled to hear him and he got irritated with me for it. I told him my name several times and spelled it out and he was had to ask several times (to which I was unsure if he was asking for my first name or my last name). Finally he gets it tells me to "sign the receipt" to which I'm confused as I didn't give him a card so I say "I didn't give you a card. What card did you charge?" To which he gets an attitude again and says "sign the receipts" several more time instead of just explaining to me what he was asking me to sign. I never had to sign to pick up this medication before but that's what I assume I was signing for not that I could really tell with the receipt looking like it was almost out of ink. I signed and he charged my card and slammed the drawer out to me with my medicine in it. No "have a good day", no "do you have any questions about this medication" nothing. They should not be allowed to work this kind of job if they are not able to be patient when someone doesn't understand what they're asking for and refuse to explain. Not to mention that they always fill my prescriptions even when the note from the doctor says please hold.

The pharmacy team here acts like they can’t be bothered and are annoyed at any customers who need to pick up or drop off. I stood there for a good ten minutes while they’re buzzing around, never even acknowledging I was there! So, when the guy finally came over to help me, he acts like my being there to pick up prescriptions bothers him. He then doesn’t inform me what is happening with my prescriptions. So he rings up two but walks away before even giving me the receipt. I have to bag my stuff and get my receipt, but then I have to stand there another 8 minutes to ask that’s happening with my other prescription. This is for bronchitis. I don’t wanna be standing there. And he goes “it’ll be in tomorrow.” So he KNEW I needed another script and simply didn’t say a word. Or tell me anything. There were 4 workers in there. None of them greet you or seek to be helpful. I will not be back to this pharmacy. I’d rather pay more than be treated as an annoyance.

Everyone there is so helpful. The general manager I always ask questions, I have not stumped them yet. He had an answer for every question I have ever asked him. That is hard to find that kind of person. Awesome!!

Super fun when your kid needs medicine and for no obvious reasons they have the drive-through pharmacy closed. Meanwhile, they are clearly still working inside. Not a super good business practice to have a hand written sign, saying the drive-through is closed when directly next to it is the store/pharmacy hours. If I show up before the pharmacy is closed, you would think that I would be able to get the medicine for my child. Yes I could go inside but that's not the only service they offer and in this case the drive thru was most convenient with the sick kid. They probably dealt with this issue a lot during COVID so you would think that their pharmacy game was upped. The rest of the store operates at a normal level. But this pharmacy is whack. It's 2023. You can zoom with an online "doctor" and get a prescription but a billion dollar company can't figure out the drive thru pharmacy business.

For those of you who don't have insurance, avoid this CVS. I'm not sure if it's privately owned but I've filled the same prescriptions at other CVS's and they're much cheaper. I had been paying $30 more for one prescription and they were charging double for another - even with GoodRx applied. I was pleasantly surprised when I filled them at 2 other locations and saved $50. Do with this info as you will.

US. 1 & Watson road location is always clean and organized.Lately seems like they have more employees working at the same time, thats a good thing. They are helpful when asked. If you sign up for the CVS rewards be ready to be bombarded with emails. They also are the winners when it comes to longest reciept for one item.Pharmacy is what I use the most and they are very attentive and helpful if you're having issues with your meds or insurance or any other services.

Joey, the pharmacist at CVS WATSON RD. is the BEST! I Went in to pick up a script a doctor prescribed for me that might have caused serious health issues had I taken it. But thankfully, Joey, had checked my health history and noted the drug was NOT recommended for me (à former stroke victim). IAM so very grateful for Joey’s professional diligence & especially for his concern for his customers. In fact, everyone who works at this CVS are helpful & friendly. I Highly recommend this store/pharmacy for health & personal/household needs.

Today, I went to get my medication and arrive at 4:57 at the drive through window. I observed the Pharmacist shutting the window cage. I made eye contact with him and indicated it was not five as of yet. It ignored me and looked away. I did find out his name was Jim from the front counter staff. I have never had issues with the pharmacy staff until today. I do not want this to reflect on the other pharmacist. He and the staff has been above and beyond to help customers. I will be pulling my account from CVS unless I find that the other pharmacist is still working there if that's not the case I'm gone to another pharmacy. It should be noted that I gave a three to reflect the previous service I received. The new pharmacist does not deserve a number, maybe 0.

Ashlee in the pharmacy is the rudest employee I've encountered in my 57 years. I was inadvertently charged a $3.00 donation that I didn't want. Ashlee was rolling her eyes told me I was being a j**** I Guess she doesn't realize as a consumer we have options.
