I just saw someone in front of me have to put back all her food because the store does not accept SNAP benefits. It's a federally recognized program to help people with a need for food and it was very embarrassing I'm sure for her. It's also very disappointing the store hasn't made the effort to be more inclusive. There didn't seem to be a sign anywhere to warn people before they came in that the store won't accept this card.

Store manager refuses to give refund for bad food. Don’t buy Maple Almond Butter Pretzels as they’ve gone bad. Too bad Diane’s doesn’t care

I do not recommend this place at all. My experience at this coffee shop was terrible. I placed my order well in advance, but when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t even ready, which wasted my time.
The employee who assisted me, named Colin, was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Her attitude towards customers was unacceptable, and I’m honestly surprised someone with such poor customer service skills is working in this role.
In summary, the service was absolutely dreadful, and I have no intention of returning. A completely negative experience overall.

Dian’s Natural Market is the worst marketplace to buy food/Groceries. Their food is stale/old and spoiled.
I came here four days ago and purchased goat milk, and three bottles of Supernatural whole milk. The goat milk was spoiled & one of the other milk was expired….When I arrived at the store to return the item, I waited over 10 minutes at the customer service because nobody was in that department. When the representative came, she told me she’s clocking in from lunch to be patient at 2:15 PM on a Saturday. She then said if I don’t have a receipt, I can’t return it! I left the item on the counter and told her I will never shop here again.
Please, for anyone who likes fresh organic food don’t come to this place I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Please go to Sprouts or Whole Foods marketplace in Jacksonville. They have excellent products, fresh and excellent customer service.

Prices are ridiculously high. I went in with my 7 pound chihuahua service dog in a harness bag, completely concealed and the lady told me to leave her in the car with 100 degrees temperature outside. I wanted to punch her! lol! I would not recommend.

A good variety of organic, natural, and whole foods. With supermarket rising cost, Diane's is usually less expensive now.
