Roadtrip flat tire with 2 dogs and 2 kids - they got me in and noticed some embarrassing bald tires - replaced all 4 tires in less than 45 minutes and let us chill with the dogs during a storm ?

Just left the house with my two kids for a quick trip to Miami and my tire sensor went off. Worried about the drive, I pulled off the highway and found Discount Tires coincidentally. They were pretty full but said they could check out my tire in about an hour and a half. Thankfully, they were so well staffed and moving quickly that I was in and out less than an hour. The whole staff was so sweet and reassured me there was no nail or major issue, just a slow leak from the valve that needed to be readjusted. Best part it was all FREE which was a shock, I had to atleast tip. (Mad at myself for not catching the young mans name) Thank you for all your help and most importantly made it to Miami safely!

I'm in Red Roof Inn Plus. Hard to walk my dog and have a good time when there's people and dogs to bark at and avoidence is impossible unless it's after midnight ..... anyways, when the business is closed the parking lot becomes a "off the leash dog park" where we can run and play and happily be alone. I appreciate this business being here for nightly peaceful dog walking ??

Had a great experience today, got some tires changed on my truck. Christopher was the tech that changed my tires and did a great job.
The man at the counter was great too, but I don't remember his name.
It's nice to have a good tire place nearby.

Staggered by the efficiency and courtesy of the entire team at this place. DJ took immediate care of me and knocked out the FREE TIRE ROTATION in minutes.. John will make certain that this disabled firefighter from Ground Zero gets the best price possible on new “sneakers” for my vehicle as soon as I am able to afford them! I truly feel blessed for finding this oasis for tires! WELL DONE TEAM!
