When i pulled up to the store today the outside looked DISGUSTING!! There are roaches crawling all over the walls, bugs and spider eggs over the main door, and it grosses me out! i was in the store for about 5 minutes and when i got in my car i looked on the hood and there was bugs crawling ALL over the car!!! This is unacceptable and makes me not want to come here anymore!!

I go to several dollar generals and this one has the most friendly staff! Ross (I think he’s a manager?) has taken the time to explain digital coupons, store policy, sales… anything I’m not understanding at the register. He is so patient and kind with customers it is very impressive. Ross truly understands Dollar General and has a great way of explaining it to the newbie!
There is also a quiet gentleman there named “Tiff” he is a “stocking ninja”. He is always quietly restocking products, staying out of the way while consistently on task. If you seem perplexed on what you’re looking for… he will ask to assist you. Then he will happily return to his tasks. He is a pleasure!
I’ve never heard either of these gentlemen complain, swear, or in anyway not showcase the absolute best in professionalism. Dollar general is blessed to have them and so is our community!

Young beautiful black woman working all alone on a Sunday, it was pretty busy and she was handling it, had it under control and then some. Her attitude was awesome, she was aware of everyone and everything in the store, not to mention knowledgeable, quick witted and efficient. She couldn’t have been much over 18 or 20 years old. It was heart warming and motivating to see a such a young female so humble yet confident and taking care anything that seemed to come her way with grace and authority. If this girl ever needs a letter of reference, I’d be happy to help. I’m a female business owner, who expects a lot of customer service reps and I walked out of the store impressed.

Hispanic woman working the counter was yelling about trump, swearing, and so incredibly unprofessional. I’ve been going to this dollar general for years and never seen anything like that. Her eyes were red and slow, and as soon as she helped me at the counter, i could smell the alcohol reeking off of her. Absolutely disgusting. Taking my business elsewhere. How unprofessional do you have to be to show up to your own job wasted? Genuinely. Absolutely disgusting.

7/19/2024: I went in and bought a couple energy drinks, two packs of quest chips and some beef jerky. All of the food was expired!!! Check before you leave there.
