The store was cluttered with the products on the sales floor. The store was out of several sizes. The employees didn't check on the customers in the fitting room.

Limited supply of clothes and the staff is rude. Don't go here. If you expect a friendly welcome they could care less with you shop or you don't shop. Eddie Bauer's return policy has changed. Don't expect buy anything and bring it back. At least not this Eddie Bauer outlet. If you feel you have to have Eddie Bauer drive to the citrus mall in Tampa or the outlet mall in Destin but better clothes can be found at H&M.

Very, very good customer service rendered by the pleasant and knowledgeable young lady, working at this store, in St. Johns outlet mall, in the morning of Sept 2, 2022!The store was stocked with most of what I saw online and it was clean as well as clear, of any debris in the aisles.
