He was ok I pulled in with a misfire and then gets into a lecture to me about how I shouldn’t of bought the car, the repairs are thousands like I’m just stupid and really came of as unprofessional. It’s many other European shops in Jax just drop the car off and take it there it’s probably just one guy here I had to wait 2 weeks to get a look. Pass

Fair, Genuine, Kind, and Highly Skilled - everything you want from an amazing local mechanic. The lovely couple who own and operate Elite German are local gems, and a joy to speak with. I took my 2014 X5 to them when my check engine light came on suddenly, and to have them do a second inspection to compare against some work I was recommended from another shop in town. Needless to say I will be sticking with Elite German for all my BMW needs in the future. They were honest with me, and ended up saving me thousands of dollars in recommended repairs from the other local shop. Nothing but the best here!

Chris at Elite got us in very quickly to assess an error code on our BMW while visiting St. Augustine. They diagnosed the problem same day and provided a reasonable estimate to get us on our way. They were excellent about keeping us informed and returning our call. Thank you Chris and Annet!

Stopped here to inspect an emergency repair I made to a splash pan that came loose on our trip to St. Augustine. Chris stopped what he was doing, inspected my roadside repair and confirmed we could continue safely. He refused payment for his time and expertise. His honesty and kindness is greatly appreciated.

Let me put the review this way, you repaired what was obvious, but could never diagnose why check engine light was on, and when I came to pick up my car, the coolant pipes burst and your husband couldn't offer me an explanation. I repair one thing and something else breaks... I had enough so took my car urgently elsewhere to get the coolant pipes fixed. And then soon after my check engine light comes back on, and the same engine issue continues... Recently going thru old paperwork, saw my receipts from you guys back in 2021 and recalled the ordeal I went thru with you guys, hence the review!

Took my 2012 Mercedes SLK 350 in for scheduled service. Excellent choice, honest and very reasonable pricing. This cost me less than half of what the dealer charged and was done in less than half the time. Strongly recommend them based on my personal experience.

We have two BMW’s and a Mercedes and we have trusted the care of our vehicles to Elite German auto for years. I highly recommend them if you need your car serviced and don’t want to drive to the dealer (in Jax or Daytona) and pay dealer prices. They are awesome people and are experts in their field.

This is definitely a must to have as your mechanic. Our German cars are very exclusive, expensive and deserve the best services. The staff is absolutely fantastic, experienced, top professionals and most of all they care about you. Top knowledge on every issue I had with my older Mercedes and always took care of my problems.
