Elsa is a small family owned business in St.Augustine. We had used them to repair our main roof and our shed. They did a good job, we had. a little hiccup here and there due to scheduling but at the end it was done and completed. They are nice and friendly and very kind group of workers. Timothy Woods.. Represented himself as a contractor.. We could not find him listed as a registered contractor in St. Johns County. His business card did not have his license on it. Every licensed contractor knows the law states it is mandatory to have one's license number on their business card. We felt uncomfortable dealing with him.

First, I had a bad leak in the roof of the house. Every other company I spoke with wanted to do a whole new roof Instead of a patch. I couldn’t afford a whole new roof. Left a messages with Will, the owner, in the afternoon. He contacted me that evening and his son, Eli, and another guy were out the next morning and patched the roof. Excellent job and very affordable. Asked them if they could replace the roof on my back porch. Was provided with a couple of roofing options and a very doable quote. The guys came out and did an incredible job. The damage in the roof was worse than they figured because it was old and had been leaking for a long time (my grandmother owns the house). They replaced all the roof rafters, put down sub layer, replaced flashing, drip edges and a beautiful rolled roof. I am definitely a satisfied customer and I highly recommend Elsa Roofing Company. Will, Eli and the guys were very professional, friendly and they know what they’re doing. I can’t say enough good things!

In the beginning I was nervous that I would not find a roofing company to give good quality work. I researched different companies inquiring about a roof for my house, and interviewed contractors for the job. I knew what I wanted, a fair price and for the work to be done the right way. I knew I was asking for a lot. I ended up meeting Mr. Will with Elsa Roofing Company. He had the right answers for the job. When Elsa Roofing completed my roof I was very impressed. They did a class A job and proved to me that their quality of work was right on point. The Good Lord was looking out for me. In the end I paid a fair price and the job was done the right way. Thank you!
