Excellent service! My husband rented a car for 2 weeks and they gave him a discount. The car was in good shape and we did not have any mechanical problems. I love they had a duck ? with ??? in a nest , close to the main entrance. It shows they care about animals. The staff was nice and helpful.

I was caught off guard having to walk home on a Saturday after returning my rental car (because they don’t do customer related drop offs on the weekend) . note: I do live nearby.
More importantly, after experiencing a malfunction to the car Windshield wiper that was not my fault, which caused scratches on the windshield ,customer service did an excellent job Assessing the problem ;Took responsibility that it was an issue for the rental company and not some thing caused by This writer. I appreciate everyone’s professionalism throughout and would gladly rent with them again.

Never had a bad rental car experience at this Enterprise location. Friendly and quick service, new and clean cars, upgrades when available, and zero issues with returns. Even provided a ride back nearby when needed. Will always use this location when renting in St. Augustine!

DO NOT try to rent from this place literally had a confirmation number and everything ready to pick up the car at 11 just had to call them and confirm my information before going there and picking the car up but when I called they told me that pick up would actually be at 1 which was already weird so we talked to the manager Bryan who said actually you won’t be able to pick up till 230 and that’s when we started freaking out because now that’s two times the time has changed so he said he’d call back in 20 minutes then just never called back so we called him and again we were told to wait another 20 minutes then another hour and a half goes by and we finally get a call back saying there’s no more cars available now!!!! Like why give us a confirmation number, a time and get all of our information just to tell us we DON’T have any, how about DON’T give cars away that you know you don’t have. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
