if you rent a vehicle that has a "half tank of gas" and return with a "half tank of gas" be sure to check your invoice, I was charged for 2.5 gallons after being told the fuel was good by the check in agent. It was corrected after a 20 minute phone call to corporate.
The rental pickups used to have nice upgrade options but now are base level fleet trucks with bare minimum options and no rear a/c.
But, they are really the only game in town.

9 minutes. That's how long I had a reservation for a car before they canceled and told me they don't have one. After I waited on hold for 20 minutes.

Use rentals 6-8 days per month. Never had an issue, got caught in a rain storm and called location that I'd be 10 minutes late. They said it would be an issue. Got there, and employees were still inside but made me use night drop and then charged me for an extra day rental plus the insurance. Canceled my next rental with them and will look for a new rental company.

The paperwork was handled with remarkable efficiency, and the car was spotless, boasting the latest amenities and a cozy interior that enhanced my travel experience. The standout feature of this Enterprise branch was the unparalleled customer service. The team, including Brian, Roland, and several new members who greeted me with bright smiles, consistently provided assistance. Brian, in particular, stands out as an exceptional team member whose positive and enthusiastic demeanor is evident in his service. His presence alone is a reason I return time and again.
In summary, Enterprise has consistently delivered an outstanding service that has surpassed my expectations, establishing it as my preferred choice for future car rentals.

Obrien and crew here wow. 6/5 but the service is that good. Very professional and kind. I could not be happier with my experience with the crew here at Enterprise near Bozard Ford. The Expedition they gave me is quite nice too!

My company rents hundreds of vehicles per year from Enterprise and this enterprise really rubs me the wrong way.
We wanted a van for one day , but they had to charge me for 4 days because of the “holiday weekend”. I had no choice so I caved and accepted their price gouging.
They then charged me a 2 hr late fee for $100.00. We only drove the van 15 miles in total the whole weekend.
The receptionist was very rude and unaccommodating. I would like a manager to call me to get this rectified. I will probably never use this enterprise again, but might change my mind if they make things right.

I would highly NOT recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in St. Augustine, Florida. Two weeks ago, I rented a vehicle that had slightly over half a tank of gas when I picked it up. I was told to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas. When I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas, they tried to claim the vehicle was full of gas when I picked it up. After discussing the issue with the manager, he stated I would not be charged for gas to fill up the tank. However, a week later, Enterprise Rent-A-Car used my debit card number to withdraw $40.42 from my checking account to pay for gas I did not use. I eventually got my money back; however, it wasn't a pleasant experience having to deal with the incompetent management.

Enterprise rented a truck that the doors would not lock, they kept unlocking themselves repeatedly, so I had to unload everything inside the truck to an upstairs hotel room. I was not happy! The truck also needed a front end alignment. I fought it for one thousand miles keeping on the road. Otherwise it was a decent truck with good gas mileage. The young man in Florida that rented the truck was courteous and professional. I appreciate his call back to see how everything went on my trip and to let me know the deposit was available.

Went in to pickup a rental, however I was denied (not on orders). I explained that am a vet that needed a rent to put my brother (he is also a vet) to rest. I showed both my military and driver's license (out of state) and would also produce a death certificate if needed. "It's our policy, you have to be on orders w/o a CC" was the response.

Not sure what his name is I think it’s Roland. I want to tell you that I’ve been renting cars for over 30 years and never have I had any positive experience with such a dynamic gentleman. This guy ought to be in management not only did he help me unload my car he facilitated a very quick and easy transaction I own 11 businesses and I will tell you 100% that if you ask for Roland, he is outstanding!!!
