As I start my journey to independence in my new home, I wanted a couch that I absolutely love. Gloria helped me find my couch, design my living room, and just went above and beyond! Her and her husband were so helpful. Everything cool has amazing furniture, great prices, and even better staff! I am so excited for my couch to come in.

I was looking for a new sofa but when I walked into their store, I found SO MUCH MORE. I swear, I will one day own everything they sell because I love it all! I purchased the perfect sectional and mattress (and a lot more) and found the perfect honey hole for future purchases. Trust me. You will love them as much as you do the furniture and decor. They go above and beyond what is expected from them. Definitely not a chain retailer!

Had the piece of furniture we needed and was very knowledgeable about all the products. Nice to have several locations for a larger selection. I will go back for other home decor. The place was clean and the all around atmosphere was very welcoming. Ken and Gloria were who we dealt with and Ken's great personality made shopping fun. Thanks guys

I HAVE FOUND MY GO TO FURNITURE STORE. It's wonderful when you find a local shop that has the best selection, absolutely the best customer service and a no pressure shopping experience all rolled into one! So, I have to rave about a local furniture store called 'Everything Cool' that I found here in Saint Augustine. They have a very large selection of furnishings and the service is top notch. I had fantastic service from the time I made the order to when my furniture was delivered and set up. The delivery guys were wonderful too. They took great care making sure they didn't scratch a wall, put everything together and placed it where I wanted it and all with a smile. They were very polite too. Everything Cool, you are a rare find in this day and age! (Oh, and I will never shop at those big box stores again!) Five stars just aren't enough!

These guys were awesome and their products were absolutely beautiful and unique. We were looking for a specific item so we didn't end up purchasing anything this time but they will be a regular stop now because they were so "Cool" and we may need something from them in the future. They have several locations totaling and 20,000 square feet or better so you will probably find what you're looking for there. I recently purchased a new home and wanted everything furnished new. I shopped new furniture and came across Everything Cool. From the moment I walked in they treated me like family. From the design to the delivery, they made it easy and comforting. Inside and out I’m super pleased with the outcome. I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy going no pressure local feel.

We recently bought a king sized bed frame & headboard set and were very pleased not only with the piece but also with the customer service as well. There was no pressuring and they extremely quick with delivery. Thank you Everything Cool and you will definitely get any of our future furniture

We bought our outdoor furniture from this local, family-owned business in their first location years ago and were very impressed with their customer service! Very happy to see Ken & Gloria's continued success! Good, caring, hard-working people. We always recommend them to our friends and neighbors when they are looking for any furniture. If they don't have it, they can source just about anything you want and will beat the big box prices to earn your business. Whenever we need furniture again, you can bet your house we will be doing business at Everything Cool! Buy local; buy from Ken & Gloria!

Where to begin! First off, what a fantastic selection of furniture! The owners are incredibly friendly and they are there to help you in anyway possible (the other employees are fantastic too). We had just moved to the area and were looking for a new couch/mattress and came across this place. We were greeted immediately but were also left to ourselves to shop on our own. We found a selection of great items and were directed to their other store where we met Ken and Gloria and they are incredible human beings. Upon ordering our items, we were given an expected delivery date of the following week. Unfortunately, a few days later, we were told the items are on back order and wouldn't be out until a few weeks later. Since we had guests coming we weren't able to wait until the expected delivery date, and we were using lawn chairs in the meantime. Sydnee was very commutative from the start when our delivery dates kept getting pushed back and heard our concern about sitting on lawn chairs. Ken reached out to me to take care of me during this unexpected delivery snafu and offered us a loaner couch in the meantime. This business went above and beyond to help us not only as customers, but as humans, ensuring we were taken care of. We weren't just a transaction to them, we were taken care of and made sure we were comfortable until our order arrived. We ended up going another route in order to get something sooner and Ken came down immediately to talk to me about options we had. Cannot emphasize enough, how great this business was, not only with their products, but customer service, and the delivery men were very friendly and put all the furniture together. Excellent work to ALL the crew of Everything Cool and can't wait to do business with them in the future!

Everything Cool is an amazing place to do business with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We live out of state and we needed a new bedroom set in a very short timeframe. Gloria helped us pick out the set that they had in stock. She was extremely responsive and made suggestions by sending us pictures. We were able to pick out the perfect 5 piece set during Memorial Day weekend and it was delivered promptly the following week. Ty and Vaughn did an amazing job delivering the set. They had to climb three flights of stairs and assemble the bed. They took their time to ensure everything was properly assembled. The 5 piece set looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier! Great people, product, price and service we will definitely purchase furniture from Everything Cool again!

Great husband and wife business. Gloria spent hours with us trying to find the right pieces for our new home. They even did price match and we we, also, able to use our Synchrony cc from Select Comfort to make our purchases. They have a nice selection of items and much more on their website.Would definitely recommend their shop to anyone needing a piece or a whole house full of furniture!

I can't say enough how satisfied I am with the service and communication getting my sectional has been. Gloria went above and beyond to make sure that I received furniture that I was looking for. I would highly recommend seeing all the different furniture that they have and you won't be disappointed with the service you receive definitely worth checking out!

Just an absolute pleasure to do business with. I had a delivery scheduled and was delayed in traveling and Sydney worked really hard to change things around so it could all work out. Great team and I will be back again in the future.
