I like this store! It's convenient to my house, I find good bargains here and digital coupons, and I can get help if needed. This is usually at least a once-a-week stop for me. The store brand is good and less expensive than the name brands they carry. Mayo, mustard, olives, butter, chips - these and other items are up to my standards. The employees can quickly help locate what I need and can suggest alternatives. I appreciate that!

William FedEx " Store representative" provided me with Stellar customer service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Very attentive and patient with myself as well as other customers. He also took an EXCELLENT passport picture as well. I would highly RECOMMEND this location. Thank you again William. You are so APPRECIATED.

They are great. There are two guys here who are especially great. Unfortunately I can't remember their names. One guy is I think Josue or something unique - young friendly Latino guy - and the other one is the older Filipino gentleman. Sometimes parking is a little tight but it's a great location and I always appreciate the help. Thank you guys!

I had an overnight delivery that absolutely had to be delivered the next day. The computer kept showing a different delivery date, but Anthony saved the day and helped me out. He even found me a better box. ;) My shipment was delivered the next day - thank you, Anthony!

I've had mixed experiences at this location, which I've been using for many, many years. Overall, I'd give them 4 stars since I rarely ask for help & mostly use the copy machines that are well maintained, clean, and always work. So that's always a plus. Josh, at my most recent visit, was really helpful & courteous taking passport photos - a great employee. There are a few other staff members who are also professional & helpful behind the counters when I buy supplies.But the Fedex counter is where I encounter the least friendly, most sullen & unhelpful employees who act as though they're doing the customer a favor when shipping their packages. Not sure why they're in a job where interaction with the public is part of the job description, since it's obvious they don't like being courteous and helpful!

I have been here twice to send stuff out. Big parking lot, fast & friendly service, especially with Tony, and such an easy and smooth process. I was only in here for a few minutes. Will def come back to this location when I need to! :) A lot of services here and it is a big space so I felt comfy while masked!

I needed to get some table cards printed for an event I was having and this FedEx was such an easy and quick trip. I usually don't leave reviews but the workers here were so patient and willing to make my job as easy as possible that I felt it was important to leave a review. I called first asking about folding and cutting which they offer and when I arrived they walked me through their process and what I was to expect when I picked up the printed material. They were even able to do the job the same day. I will definitely use them again.

Edgar help deliver my business cards the same day. At first they got messed up because of the machine by Edgar made sure not only to resize them and make them fit for my business cards so I can have them the same expected day as online.If anyone needs photography and videography, go to HolstonMedia on Instagram or Devoshoho! Julian was so kind and helpful during my visit to the FedEx in Culver City! Now this isn't my regular go-to FedEx, but I was very impressed by this location and am looking to start going here more!! I am a business owner who is constantly needed to print material, and not only did this location do the job right-- but the people there are highly personable, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Every other FedEx location I've visited is usually very quiet and I have to flag someone down to help me. This location is bright and open and the staff is ready to help!! Thank you Julian for your fast, friendly and efficient service!

If you are afraid of "porch pirates" this is a great SAFE option to make sure you will get your packages! There is no extra charge to have you parcel sent to "DG on-site FedEx". Your pick-up or drop-off is total done online.

Employees are nice and helpful. I needed to print sign an application, then I needed to scan it and email it, employees helped through each step. I also need to ship several letters next week, and I'll be able to do this all from here. So happy with the service. Employees go above and beyond. Highly recommend
