They CAN NOT scan QR codes. Full label must be manually printed. Be prepared to use your tech skills to retrieve an actual shipping label for FedEx, email it to Office Depot, receive a code, enter that code into a printer, and put 20 cents on your card at the self-serve station. They do not have self adhering label sleeves so ask an employee to use a tape gun to tape the label down.
They also can not give you a receipt for your drop off packages. No proof of actual drop off means if your package doesn't get scanned at pick up and goes missing, you have no recourse. Take photos of package and get the employee's name.
I use UPS whenever possible because UPS Stores don't have these issues.

I have not been able to find a legit Fedex Office store in the area. This location is the closest to it, inside an Office Depot. It is largely a self service counter. In contrast to an actual Fedex location, you should print your own labels, pack your own box, and drop off at the counter. They will guide you if you show up totally lost, and let you use their tape and so on. But come prepared and with enough time to do it all yourself.
