I have visited Flagler labs at least 5 times, and each has been a very pleasant visit. The staff is professional and courteous. The check in, interview, and testing all take place in a very timely manner...in and out in about 30 - 40 minutes. Highly recommended.

I had to drop off a specimen for myself at the Flagler Health+Lab off HWY 312 yesterday. First off the person checking me in made me feel embarrassed about my specimen . Saying things like "Yuck I don't have gloves on, oh yuck. You have to take it to the back to let them make sure it is okay to take. ( Saying this all very loud, making a scene). Then when I get back there she was again carrying on. I was taking the lab order out of the outer pouch to give to the lab tech and the check-in person was still carrying on about " how she don't mess with that and so forth". Then the techs were all unorganized in the back as well.I work in the medical field as well, and never have been made to feel bad about bringing a specimen ordered by my doctor in. I felt as though it was unprofessional and non-caring about what I may be going through with my health.I work in the health field to care for people with compassion no matter their circumstance known or unknown to me.I know I can't be the only one who has experienced treatment like this. It makes me sad to have experienced this in a our community of health.

Very rude woman answered the phone. I'll try somewhere else.Edit: I went here anyway because I couldn't get an appointment in time elsewhere. Everyone I saw in person was very nice, and it was very efficient and painless.

Had an outstanding experience! Sue went above and beyond to resolve our problem with the lab order from the doctor's office! Never had a bad experience at this lab and today was no exception. Thank you, Sue!

This is a good lab. It’s busy like all of them but the staff is nice and the process is well organized which keeps things moving.

This place would not have the back up of patients, if the employees got to work on time. Only one lady checking people in for about 20 minutes, then other workers came dawdling in and took forever to get seated and working. An efficiency expert needs to be hired to get this place in fast, efficient working practices.

I find it a little disheartening when the ladies who check you in spend so much time talking to the patients about non medical info when the waiting room is FULL. Also, one of the workers spent over 5 minutes showing another worker her family from her phone. So...two people who check you in are visiting and chatting while we wait and wait.

I went to Flagler Lab + 312 today. I will never go back to Quest or Labcorp.Without exception , these experiences were not great with either lab...The personnel were the best, most friendly, kind and calming. They open 6:30 and I arrived at 6:20 and there was a line of about 8 people waiting. The check in is orderly and seating is nice with a TV. The lab tech I had was very experienced.So I recommend you ask your doctor to send your lab orders to this place (be kind to yourself). It is in the Hobby Lobby shopping center by Honey Baked Ham.

It's always a timely and professional experience with the staff here, but I wanted to highlight the amazing and kind check in from Anne. She went well beyond what was required to insure I got all the tests requested by my Doctor and even called their office to complete one request. She literally made my day and I'm still smiling this evening because of her kindness.

Despite my hatred of needles poking into my skin, the blood takers at this lab make it quick & easy, almost painless. And my experience has been laughter & happy talk. You take a number as you enter & sit in one of many chairs, watch TV, wait until your number is called & you're told at which number window to sit. You answer some questions as the person keys your responses into a computer. You get a paper of the orders & find a seat & wait for your name to be called. My first time the waiting room was full. This last time only one other person was called before me at each stage. You hand your lab request paper to the person who said your name, go in back to the needle room, verify name & birthdate, get a quixk jab, a bandaid & you're done. There's plenty of parking right near the lab which is tucked back in the strip mall but has a big sign up top. I didn't need to pay anything.
