I had a billing issue and Renee L. was able to understand the problem, and quickly resolve it for me. She went above and beyond and provided me with all the information I needed to take care of the problem. If I ever have an issue with billing again, I'll call Renee and I'm confident she can take care of it for me. Thank you Renee!

I was sent to Flagler Hospital for a scan. I was lucky to have a wonderful guy, David, as my tech. I was there for three hours and through all of it he was just so great. Everyone was really nice and the Hospital was clean, the equipment appeared new. Being new to the area, I feel better about the overall quality of Healthcare provided at Flagler Hospital.

Had to bring my teenage son here when he got sick on vacation and the urgent cares were closed. I was hesitant because ERs are notoriously slow but we had a lovely experience at UF. The staff were so friendly, they had my son laughing and he was seen quickly. The doctor was prompt and attentive. Discharge was super smooth - we were in and out quickly. Thank you!

Worse hospital EVER!!! Avoid this place. Emergency room doctors, triage nurses etc don't listen or care. The schedule department is more of a joke then the rest of the hospital. There's better hospitals here baptist st vincents an memorial now choose them over Flagler/UF

My wife and I had our first son here and we had the best experience. The nurses were so kind, professional, comforting, and helpful. The people who delivered my wife’s food and the housekeeping were such a delight. We felt extremely cared for. We lived in Pam Coast, and will make the drive to come to this hospital!

I would give this hospital a 0 rating worst stay ever!! I can say the ER was great and the first night on the 5th floor was good after that it went downhill. I had to be put in a isolation room because of my Pneumonia. At 2 times I had IV 's left with empty bags rang for help no one came finally the PCT stopped the machine. Respiratory gave me a treatment and never came back to put me back on my oxygen..again tech had to hook me back up.The room phone kept ringing with telemarketer 's calling 6 times in a row. My wife finally pulled the cord on the phone. Told the nurse she said oh my other patient had the same problem said she would tell the charge nurse Room 5001. Again no one came to fix the problem!!! Don't get me started on dietary, couldn't get food order straight and one day I got no tray at all. My wife brought me food that day, apparently everyone on the floor said dietary never answers the phone. Finally Kellie did did call and we somewhat got food right.I hope I never have to use this hospital again ,the UF merger didn't help. Talked to people on floor and they said it has gotten worse.

I see this Hospital has a terrible rating. That is not my experience at all. I just had a colon resection. The entire staff, from morning to night , were very attentive and kind at all times. I spent 6 days there and I was very impressed. Thank you to all of the nurses and staff for taking such good care of me.

We had to visit while on vacation. We were taken in the ER quickly and went straight to room. We were seen by a nurse and the Dr very quickly. Both were very friendly and helpful and started the diagnosis and treatment quickly. The team was very thorough and kept us informed. We were very satisfied the nurses and Drs and confident in their diagnosis and treatment.

My wife spent 19 days here a year ago. Throughout the entire visit, we were treated like family. The doctors and staff took excellent care of her, and made me relaxed. Even the cafeteria staff got to know me personally. We still visit regularly for follow up appointments.

Exceptional care, every single person from start to finish couldn’t have been any more pleasant and make you feel comfortable.

Absolutely thee worst hospital to go to. The care and compassion is zero the staff has no care or compassion at all the attention you receive is minimal, you leave there with the same problem when you arrived. The Dr's are more worried about their pocket books then they are a person. Flager hospitalshould be on the list as thee worst hospital. And I have plenty of photos to prove the cleanliness is absolutely thee worst.

Wow,what an experience, doctors, nurses, staff and reception were exceptional. Building and facilities excellent. Here is the reason for the one star rating: was scheduled for an outpatient procedure to arrive (confirmed by 3 different sources) by 8:30, was there early and was promptly registered,no wait. Shortly there after was taken to private room to prep and prepare for surgery, very impressive.Friendly nursing staff and very polite and helpful. Indicated I was told surgery would be around 10:30-11:00 all seemed to not contradict that information that I received by the three previous sources. Now the fun part, I waited till almost 1:30 to have the procedure. No one seemed to know the reasoning for the long wait till a few staff said this was not unusual, they double book the operating rooms. How is this possible,I never really got an explanation, still, all staff were very polite apologizing for the delay. I would like an explanation. I have had numerous operations at various hospitals in different parts of the country and never had to wait more than an hour or so after getting prepped. I was there the entire day.

My daughter came in for a medical emergency and was admitted! She also has anxiety ?. The so call nurse Roger RN told her there was no such thing as anxiety and she needs to straighten up and deal with her health situation and calm down while being admitted!!!! Shame on that person who calls himself a nurse! By the time I got to my daughter she was unable to breathe!!! Full blown anxiety attack PLUS HER EMERGENCY HEALTH NEEDS ? I’m a nurse and Roger needs to be suspended for retraining or FIRED!! He could’ve cost someone their life!!!!!
