This is has been the worst experience with a shop I’ve ever had. My car still isn’t fully restored to how it looked before someone backed into me on June 5th. Last week they tried to get me to pick it up with a broken taillight (that they broke). Today I finally get my car back and a piece by the windshield is flapping in the wind, it wasn’t even attached. I had to go right back. The paint job is sloppy and this light is loose. Avoid this place at all costs.

When I first took my car in to Gerbers I felt very comfortable with the way I was treated by all the staff. Chad assured me that my vehicle would be in good hands.He informed me by text and Email the progress they were making with my car. I couldn’t be happier when I picked it up, clean inside and out! Highly recommend them!

Two weeks ago, a gentleman backing out of a parking space dented my 2010 SCION XD passenger side fender. It was my good fortune that it wasn't a major collision with injuries, and his insurance accepted liability for the damage.
Not only did Gerber restore the fender and paint to pristine, like new condition within a week, they worked with Enterprise Rental to provide a car during the time my vehicle was being repaired.
JW, Chad, and EVERY staff person I encountered were patient and went above and beyond to answer ALL my questions about the repair process and insurance administration, believe it or not, over 50 years of driving and I never had a body shop repair a vehicle.
Gerber is a truly professional organization that puts the customers needs first, and I'm happy I made the choice to go with them to repair my vehicle.

We could not say enough good about this location. They were friendly and communicative through the whole process… not like it was a whole process… we dropped our car off on Monday, they estimated it to be done by Thursday… we had our car back Tuesday afternoon. We are so grateful for their work and kindness and while we hope we don’t need their services again, we are happy to have them in our back pocket as our “go to” help. A job well done to the whole team! Thank you!

From the beginning, the communication from Gerber was instant after my vehicle was towed to their shop after a rear end collision. For someone who has never been in an accident, I had many questions. JW was more than patient and informative on what I should expect. Not only that, he was genuinely concerned about how I was doing after seeing the extreme damage of my truck. Hope never to be an accident similar to the one I was in but will not hesitate to return to Gerber Collison.
