I was in an accident in December, and Gerber was referred to me by the insurance company. After reading the recent reviews, I had pretty low expectations going into it, but they honestly blew me away with the level of service I received. I was quoted 8 days for repairs, and the repairs were completed right on time and looked great. Every employee I encountered was really nice and knowledgeable, and I received updates via text throughout the entire process.

Had an accident stopped in for an estimate they told me without info from insurance company they could not do an estimate even tho they say free estimate. I will not be using this place

Gerber was professional and efficient from the very beginning. I had barely finished filing my claim when I got a call from Virginia to schedule an estimate. They scheduled me a few weeks out, but called when they had an opening sooner AND had my car ready two days early which was such an amazing surprise! Melissa who did my estimate was also terrific! Highly recommend.

The people I interacted with were professional and pleasant.The vehicle looks nice. Right now, the work looks solid.I talked with three people, Virginia, the shop coordinator, and the adjuster. I forget the two other names. When I came by on 18 October, I discussed the repairs with the gentleman (shop coordinator) he said it will take a few days, max 7 calendar days. He informed me of the process to drop off and leave it. We scheduled that to occur on 25 Oct. I dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday the 25th. The adjuster reviewed the vehicle and said Friday, most likely by Tuesday 31 Oct. I got a text message from Gerber on the 26th stating the vehicle is in disassembly.On Monday 30 Oct. I got a text message from Gerber that the vehicle will be ready on the 10th November. I called and talked to Virginia. She stated that was due to the labor hours. The status of the vehicle in the system and talking with the shop coordinator (she put me on hold to call them), said latest Wednesday 1 November. I called Gerber on 1 November in the afternoon to arrange pickup. Virginia stated the vehicle will be ready by Friday 3 November. That the vehicle is in reassembly. Friday 3 Nov, no contact from Gerber. I called in the afternoon to arrange pickup. Virginia stated the vehicle is not ready. It will be ready Monday 6 November. Called Monday in the afternoon to arrange pickup. Virginia stated the vehicle will be ready Tuesday 7 November. On Tuesday I get a call at 4:12 pm (closes at 5 pm) stating my vehicle is ready to pickup and inviting me to pick it up before 5pm. We negotiated the pickup for the morning Wednesday 8 November.13 days to do 3 days work (stated by Gerber) and the lack of setting proper expectations is unacceptable. I would not recommend Gerber because of the experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience with everyone at Gerber collision, will recommend my friends & family to Gerber Collision..They were very helpful, constantly kept in contact with me, very informative on what's going on with each process, they just did a fantastic job and I want to thank them!Services: Painting

They had my car for over two months. They managed to heavily damage my interior and did a very poor job repairing my bumper. Avoid at all costs! To the response... I DID speak with the manager, several times. He was absolutely not helpful, and tried to counter my complaints every time. I will be taking Gerber to court.

I brought my car here per my insurance company and am very pleased with the work and most of the customer service. First, there was a misunderstanding on my part about when to bring my car in for actual repairs. The gentlemen I spoke with was understanding. He could have very easily made me feel bad about it and not tried to help me, but instead worked with me and got my car in. I appreciated that so much. Every time I spoke to one of the men in the shop, they couldn't have been any nicer and helpful. I also appreciate the work and detailing job. The only snag I had was the interaction with the woman at the front. The misunderstanding happened with the communication with her. I have never had to have my car repaired and didn't understand the process. I think she probably assumed I knew. It may be helpful to ask he person when they call if they understand that you first bring it in for an inspection and then schedule the repair. She wasn't the friendliest and I wasn't comfortable to ask. Regardless though, I should have placed that aside and asked more questions. When my mom brought the car in, that same lady was arguing pretty aggressively with someone, which my mom said made it really awkward for everyone sitting in the waiting room. But like I said, the interaction with everyone else was amazing! I'm also appreciated the frequent phone calls that kept m updated on what was happening with my car.
