  I went there to buy some probiotics 💊, cool, I got into the store and the guy attendant was with a customer giving many explanations at a very noisy high level of voice, of many things of offers, discounts, opportunities etcétera etcétera etcétera. So, because he was busy, I decided to see all the vitamins, supplements and all the stuff that they sell. After about 15 minutes more when I have seen all the options I have for my probiotics and decided by myself, which one to buy, the attendant was still yelling, for example saying “as I have told you before” la la la la la la of all the option’s, opportunity’s of her birthday discounts and many other info, too much information. He was really annoying, at the point that the customer was ashamed for all the time at the cashier point, asking me for forgiveness. Finally they finished the transaction because I was standing at them waiting. The products there are fine but the staff needs more customer service support. Get well!

  Nice GNC outlet store, next to the food court. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Nice selection. Good for a quick stop. Handicap parking nearby.

  Website says open until 9. I show up and 7:49 and am told they are closed. Don't know if I'll come back to this GNC.

  Zero stars. Went in to buy protein. Clerk looked up my account and noticed I am a frequent buyer. Clerk handed me a black in color box with free supplements ( so I thought ). Clerk advised he will E Mail me my receipt . Went home and checked my receipt to notice I was charged a $39 membership fee which I did not agree on. Went back to request my money back. Was told to return the next day which I did. Clerk then advised me there are no refunds even though I did not agree to the membership . I called corporate. Corporate advised me to go back to the store a 3 rd time and request a refund . I advised the operator I felt uncomfortable going back based upon their attitudes and making me feel uncomfortable. I asked if I can go to a different local location. They advised no Beware of your receipt if you purchase anything from this GNC and knowing the clerk purposely tricked me in to a membership is unethical . Also that the store refused to refund me said money is more of a reason I knew this was a scam. Manager was absolutely no help . The BBB and Chamber of Commerce will be notified .

  This is a convenient locarion to purchase vitamins while shopping for other items. There is a dedicated representative to assist you. Unfortunately, this store is under utilized.

  This GNC has improved immensely because of the new staff members. I know I used to speak to a woman named Linda and she was helpful, sweet, and just perfect for her position. Now there is a young gentleman in there by the name of Dylan. Ever since he has started working there this store has made big changes in the right direction.Before the addition of the newest staff member this GNC was not clean, sold expired food/products, had a rude manager, and was never organized with there sale offers. It has improved a lot over the past two months. The staff member Dylan with was very knowledgeable of each and every product, the store was up to date with the correct tags for their sales posted, it was clean and neatly stocked, and I was assured there was no more expired products on the shelves. If it wasn’t for these changes I would not have returned. Thank god for these wonderful staff members! I would definitely recommend going to this GNC if it is close and convenient for you. Not only will you get great service, real advice/recommendations, and a friendly attitude.
