Easy to drop off stuff. Goodwill has big (deep) boxes you put the stuff in, so if you have glass items wrap them well, they will break. :(

People that donate at murabella goodwill are almost always happy and very friendly..I have had good experiences at that location..Also many people donate there threw out the week.On Saturday and Sunday it can get real busy .. Nothing but good vibes. ?

I recently stopped by the Goodwill Donation location at Murabella to inquire if you were accepting donations that would go directly to the Hurricane Ian survivors. The lady who was working at the center never got out of her chair or greeted me. I asked about the hurricane donations and she just shrugged her shoulders, never responding to me. I asked several other questions, and got the same shoulder response. There were items that had been donated lining up on the sidewalk. I have been to this center often and it is usually very clean and orderly and the personnel were wonderful and helpful. Not so today. Very disappointed as I was ready to donate for the hurricane survivors but will now find another source to do so.

Tift gave extraordinary customer service. He greeted us with a smile and helping hand. It is hard finding service where the worker gives 100+%. I was blessed giving a blessing. Great Job Tift!!!
