The members at this store, particularly Mark, extended the kind of service you always hope to receive. We were traveling from Mobile, Alabama visiting St. Augustine for a quick weekend getaway. About 50 miles from our destination our car began wobbling. After we stopped and inspected our tires we discovered the back two were shot. We called several BMW dealerships in the area as well as other tires shops and no one was able to get us the tires we needed, except Mark at Goodyear. He promised to have the tires by a certain time that afternoon, he stayed in touch with us and kept us informed, and did exactly what he said he would do by having us back on the road the same day. We cannot speak enough about the type of service we received and the relief we felt. So, thank you Mark and your team!

I can't emphasize enough how exceptional my experience was with Goodyear and their team. From start to finish, they demonstrated outstanding customer service, transparency, and competitive pricing that exceeded my expectations.
When I called to schedule my appointment (new tires & alignment), Shane went above and beyond to ensure I received every possible discount and even matched the price from my online estimate.
On the day of my appointment, Mark warmly welcomed me and, together with Shane, made the entire visit not just efficient but genuinely enjoyable with their engaging conversation. Their friendliness and personable approach made me feel valued as a customer.
What truly impressed me was their proactive approach to service. A day before my appointment, I discovered I was missing two caliper bolts. Instead of inconveniencing me, they promptly sourced suitable replacements at no extra cost. It's this kind of proactive problem-solving and commitment to customer satisfaction that sets Goodyear apart.
Overall, my experience with Goodyear Tires was nothing short of exceptional. They combine top-notch service with a genuine care for their customers, now making them my go-to choice for all my future tire and automotive needs.

Awesome place with awesome people, we were from out of town and they helped us out with tires on our RV, very pleasant and professional, Shayne went above and beyond for us to make sure we were taken care of. Would highly recommend them!

Found out my family of 4 would have to make the 3 1/2 hour trip from our house in Southwest Georgia to our vacation spot in Crescent Beach without AC; not excited! We made the trip with the intention of getting the AC working on our van while we were at the beach. We arrived Sunday and first thing Monday, I brought the van to Mark who assured me they could take care of it and possibly get me a better deal on what I had been previously quoted. He did all that he said he would do, got everything working, before the close of business and was able to get me a better deal than I had been quoted elsewhere. He went above and beyond to give us a good start to our vacation. We are very grateful for the good customer service, good work, friendliness, and all around pleasant experience we had with this Goodyear in St Augustine. We highly recommend them!

Shane the manager and Anthony the mechanic, were awesome to work with. I needed a replacement tire for my travel trailer due to a road hazard claim. They pointed out the problem and gave me a fair price for the new one and were able to change it on the spot. Both Anthony and Shane answered the questions I had and couldn’t been nicer. To expedite my claim, Shane spoke to the insurance company verifying the road hazard and tire condition. Thanks so much for the top-notch service!

I was in st augustine Florida on vacation when I had to have 2 tires. The store here helped me so quickly and so friendly! If you need tire help go here first!!!!!!!!!! The gentlemen at this location were the best I have ever dealt with. They kept me completely informed and even went a step above and let me know about other things I was unaware of!

They helped me out in a jam. I had to drop in on them with brake issues and they were able to fit me in without an appointment. Very professional, courteous, friendly, and quick, considering repairs needed. They got my repairs done and now I’ll be using them for my regular maintenance needs.
