I would like to give a great big shout out to Jacob (Jake), he is THE best! Not only is he fantastic at cutting hair, but he made me feel great about myself and not self conscious at all about my hair, which was really in poor shape going in. On top of that, he was able to get my 7 year old to sit in the chair and have a great experience too! She is hesitant about getting her hair cut but he was so warm and welcoming and friendly that she just sat right down. We both left feeling like a million bucks and obviously we didn't pay anything close to that. Thank you SO much!
Hair type: My daughter and I have combination hair, it is very frizzy, partly curly, partly wavy, and mostly unruly. I pull it up 95% of the time, but I'm feeling so cute right now I have it down

I have gone to this salon before, an typically my experience has been great. My latest visit was everything but. I'm at fault due to not realizing it before I left. But through conversation during the haircut I neglected to notice the butchery placed upon my head. I received a haircut from an older lady named Charlie. Upon getting home I truly saw the damage. Multiple hairs not even cut, different lengths in different areas on my head. Not to mention not even cut to the length I requested. At the cost of $19 I would of expected a bit more professionalism.
