I have 3 complaints!!! Other than these it was a pleasant stay, friendly staff!… So first off,The 5th floor makes very loud noise from the vent by the elevator,so it makes a slight buzzing noise in the bathrooms.2nd I watched outsiders come from the beach and not rinse off with no arm bands and swim in the pool for hours and went to tiki bar severallll times, with not 1 staff seeing they had no bands on, There was a total of
9 people that I saw in the 3 days I was there.3rd was omg the wretched smell of urine, because they are very pet friendly!, if it doesn’t rain it will be so stinking bad🤮you will die coughing( pray for some rain while there, if your beachfront you’re ok. But woooo it’s horrible if not! You can’t enjoy the balconies on humid days, maybe winter I’ll give it a try. ✌🏽loved everything else

My daughter and I booked a weekend get away. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the front desk very friendly and the restaurant on site had a very good not overpriced breakfast. The elevators were a bit of a challenge but that was a minor inconvenience. I was surprised that they cleaned the rooms daily when so many hotels never went back to that after Covid to save money. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave and a Keurig. The beach was a few steps from the pool and chairs were available to rent. Also the beach had a lifeguard on duty. Will definitely stay again. Oh and it appears to be pet friendly. Loved seeing all the fur babies prancing around!! C. Byrnes.

Not a resort at all, very misleading. We reserved a ocean view room with balcony a month in advance, actually got a room looking on parking lot across from elevator. Staff would not change rooms for us or discount price. We left after only one night. Rooms and resort Very outdated. Save your money. Would not recommend to anyone

My stay at the hotel was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. There was no hot water in the building for the entire duration of our three-day, two-night stay. The housekeeping staff was very rude, and one of our rooms flooded. Additionally, the alarms went off at 5 AM, and the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly. It’s hard to understand how anyone could enjoy their vacation under such conditions after spending so much money. It felt like we were sleeping in a place we wouldn’t even accept in our own homes. The General manager needs to do a better job.

First time staying here. The location is great. A little bit of everything. Restaurant, live music, free washer and dryer, 24/7 gym, gift shop, snack/drink tent. Pet friendly. A lot of parking. Vending machine.

Rooms are comfortable but very basic. Really bad acoustic like you're hearing your neighbors like if the TV was on, so it's not the most quiet place. The blinds don't block the light much. Aside from that room have the essentials microwave, coffee maker, TV, desk. Internet is bad. Location is right on the beach, pool is heated and they have live music which is nice. There is a pool bar but they don't serve any food. overall it's nice.

Such a DUMP! The pictures are not what the rooms actually look like. The location and beach were great and the lobby nice but the rooms are a different thing. Sat down on the bed and the corner collapsed. Maintenance couldn't fix it. They offered to put us in a different room but it was late at night and we were already unpacked so decided to share the other bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. The AC didn't work properly, no fan in the bathroom, so much light coming in through the sides of the windows and door, so we got a horrible nights sleep. On top of that the room was gross and not what the pictures showed at all. Called the front desk in the morning and they would not put a manager on the phone but the front desk gentleman Dan said they would refund us 100% but since we booked with Expedia, had to call them first. We did that and Expedia said they would not refund us since they offered us a different room and a couple of cheap food and drink vouchers. It'll be worth your visit to pay the extra money for a way nicer hotel where you'll get a good night's sleep, nice room and great customer service.

If you have any standards, don’t stay here. The room was filthy. Immediately my friend’s nose started running. It smelled of mold and moist air. The cold air coming out of the rusted AC vent felt dank. There was a hair on the mattress, a booger on the blanket, a bug on the ceiling above the bed. Fingerprints all over the headboard. There was debris and dirt on the carpet, a hair on the toilet paper roll. Just gross. You can just feel the heebie-jeebies as you lay in bed. Look elsewhere.

So this hotel specifically for its price has great parking, great location ,the staff are great,It is pretty clean.I would say a great addition would be some sort of breakfast inclusion option because the Santiago’s restaurant on location is good but can be expensive and due to the hotels not really being with in walkable distance you would need to drive for food in mornings !which no one wants to waste their morning looking for food.I would say the pool could be a lot cleaner also feel it may not be large enough for the amount of people but we did mostly beach so no big deal!!!Really our only big thing was all the dogs since we are not used to animals in our northern hotels. Also I realize it seems to be common in the area to allow dogs but I feel the hotel needs to have pets only floors/rooms for people like ourselves that have dog allergies,But that was on us for not paying attention to the fact it was a dog hotel .The access to the beach is great can’t be any better along with the views for overall a great place to stay .If they could get some pet less rooms we would definitely go back but unfortunately with our allergies we would really need to think about it .Also we thought there was a free bus that ran all day from hotel area to downtown and area the only free bus that comes to hotel is the one that you get if you have bought tickets that day for the old town trolley ride but even that only runs till 430 so you have to drive and park which is tough in the historic district
