Very polite people, but I genuinely received the worst haircut of my life here. I'm a male with thick/coarse hair, which the stylist was evidently intimidated by. I gave clear instructions, and a picture for reference.
She went significantly shorter than I wanted, and took uneven chunks out all over my head. I knew it was bad once she would make a cut, and then apologize as she knew she screwed up. It's been multiple weeks, and its grown out terribly.
Bottom line, if you're any individual with thick hair and appreciate attention to shape/detail, please go somewhere else.

I’ll give them one star because the color that I paid them $140 with lasted one day my hair color fell out within a week from blonde to red is the color of my choice. They did not put a sealer in the manager as a matter fact, told me that they would fix it and never called me back After I called several several times do not waste your money. They do not care.

Alyssa did a fantastic job! She was so friendly and kind, we clicked immediately! My haircut was a big chop, and she left me feeling absolutely confident in my new look. She even advised me of where to get some new products for my style! I’d visit her again in a heartbeat.

These people are not worthy of any class today I got a blowdryer done because tomorrow I have to go to a school function and the person who did the service applied so much on my hair and after that my hair became sticky, there was no shine and it was not silky either, he did such a bad blowdryer and I am not happy at all, I asked him what did he do, there was no shine in my hair, he ignored me and said make the payment, I made the payment and they charged me $57 and came home and washed my hair again, so I had a bad experience, I will never go back again in 135 Jenkins St Suite 102, St. Augustine, FL 32086

Leslie single handedly saved me from a future of melted hair shame 🤌🏽😂🫶🏽 her calm, beautiful, non-judge-mental energy instantly calmed my disaster hair emergency. Leslie, thank you, you didn’t need to be as kind as you were, but you took the time to make sure I was comfortable and on the road to melted hair repair. You have in me a forever customer, thank you. Jules also did an amazing job with my daughter’s back to school hair cut! She absolutely loves it! I full heartedly recommend both of these wonderful ladies, and this location.

I am disgusted I went in for a shampoo trim and undercut shave they didn't shampoo my hair. I over looked the wash bc I didn't want to be picky. Savannah commented about my cow licks but still did not wash my hair. She knocked the back of my undercut and I have a bald spot now I know why she did not give me a mirror to look before I left. Savannah laughed at me repeatedly making rude noises as I informed her about the knick insisting that it's a scar. I do not have a scar on my head and have taken pictures of my hair cuts before when I find a picture from my last cut ima bring it up to them. They will not refund my money and now I have a bald spot on my head for my birthday tomorrow. I am disgusted with how rude Savannah was over the phone laughing and making noises it is really upsetting.

Andrew is THE BEST! He did such an incredible job cutting our 4 year olds hair. Calm energy and mad skills on a moving target lol we will be back in 6-8 weeks! Tysm!

This place is a hit or miss. I’ve had my hair highlighted here before and I loved it but couldn’t remember the stylist’s name. I called to ask them to look up the person that did my hair’s name and they told me Juls, which didn’t sound familiar but I went ahead and booked with her anyway. When I arrived for my appointment, it was immediately apparent that they had not given me the correct name but I kept my appointment anyway and had her do my hair. It was supposed to be a full highlight and I was quoted $213 which is more than I’ve ever paid for a highlight but agreed to proceed any way. I was worried in the middle of the highlighting as I had never seen so much of my hair out of the foils before. I trusted the process and decided to just see how it turned out since the stylist told me she had been doing hair since the early 80s. After the highlighting, I asked for my hair to be cut all one length at the shoulders. She then blew it out and had me look at it. My hair was not straightened so it looked fine from what I could see. I paid and left. Upon walking into a department store right afterwards, I looked in their mirror to see that my hair cut was crooked and it still looked like all my roots were there at the top with random streaks of blonde starting about an inch down every so often. So I went back in and asked Juls to fix it. After inspection, she agreed that the back half of my hair was about an inch and a half longer than the front and that the technique she used on the top of my hair didn’t saturate the top enough. So she re-highlighted the top of my hair and “fixed” the cut. I told her it was hard to tell if it was even since it wasn’t straightened but she didn’t say anything. The top looked so much better but caused me to be in the chair another 2 hours, totaling my time spent on highlights to almost 6 hours. The next day, after washing and straightening my hair, it was immediately obvious that the “technique” she used on the top that didn’t cover the hair well enough the first time, was used all throughout my hair. I can’t even wear my hair half up the way I want because it looks like a toddler went to town with bleach on my hair. My hair was also much more even but has uneven pieces throughout it. I feel like she didn’t want to take the time or effort to create something beautiful, and instead was just there for a check. I will never go back, I’m beyond upset that so many things were missed and I paid so much money for my hair to look like this.
