Why would you not have a stylist available for walk in customers. Been there at least 5 times and turned away for not having an appointment. Try to support local businesses but they make it hard. Will not be going back for any attempt of a hair cut

Walked in with a hairstyle. Walked out with a bowl cut. How do trained stylists not know how to properly layer hair? I could have done a better job at home. The young girl rushed through the cut, barely said a word, looked annoyed at something else, and when I tried to get her to fix certain things it was a rush job. And this place charges more than other "chain" places? Should have known why there was no wait.
The one man working seemed to be the only one of the bunch that really knew what he was doing, I should have waited for him. Oh well, never again.

Tried several times to get a particular color look at a variety of salons with no success. Even brought pictures to show what I was going for color wise but my hair never came out right. Finally Ashley created the look I wanted. Very happy with the outcome.

Juliana did a great job of making sure I was getting the haircut in style that I wanted. She asked me several questions and was very patient and took her time. I really appreciate that in a hairstylist.
