Amazing Service! Highly Recommend! Saved the Day!
I had an incredible experience with this dry cleaner. They were extremely professional, fast, and skilled! The day before our flight, I accidentally stained my bridesmaid's dress and panicked. After calling six other stores who said they couldn't help, I found this one. The man I spoke with told me to bring the dress in, and he would see if he could remove the stain in time. Miraculously, he did! Within just a few hours, I picked up my dress, and it looked brand new and absolutely perfect. I’m beyond grateful for their quick service and expertise. We will definitely continue coming back and recommending them to all of our family and friends!

I brought in my sports jersey and a t-shirt to get sewn. The jersey had a championship patch on it that was coming apart after one wash. I brought it in to Laith, and within a week it was finished with the patch stitched up. The shirt had a hole in shoulder, and that is completely fixed as well. I couldn't be happier with the results and experience that I had and the warm welcome that Laith provides!

I took my bridesmaid's dress to somebody to get it altered and they ended up getting stains on it. I was freaking out and Handicraft Cleaners went right to work. They got the stains out and I ended up having them do the alterations as well. I should have went to them first. Fantastic business

I just wanna say awesome atmosphere awesome customer service awesome guy. I was in town over the weekend to go to a wedding, needless to say I didn't get my suit press before coming up to St Augustine. So I searched and found a cleaners open till 4 today. Wow I called he says yes I press on site. It took me less then 10 minutes from hotel to reach him. He was same happy joyful person that was on the phone. Great job I really appreciate you and your help it was a pleasure just meeting you and talking to you. Thanks

I come by about once a week. Laith always remembers me and asks me about my work or trips. Very personalized and professional service. I've tried many cleaners in the area and have ALWAYS been disappointed. I live about 25 minutes from here and drive out of my way. He's that good at what he does.

I dropped off a white blazer with makeup stains on it. The gentleman behind the counter was honest and said it would be 50/50 the stains will come out. He did an amazing job removing the stains and even did a quick turnaround. I am very pleased and suggest you try them.

Excellent job dry cleaning, clothes came back clean and perfectly pressed.Great service, fair prices and they are friendly, fast, & professional.Store is very clean and conveniently offers drive thru. Best dry cleaners in Saint Augustine in my opinion. Worth the drive from whatever side of town you are on.. I've made this my permanent cleaners.

Wonderful service and customer service! Laith is a one man show there and cleans everything himself, does not send out clothes. He cleaned my wedding dress and it looks brand new and even more beautiful than when I bought it!
