The person that did my pedicure did not know what she was doing. Did not allow my nail polish to dry before putting on my sandals. Thus the nail polish was messed up. Then her repair left the nails a different color.

Today was my very first time visiting the Happy Nails Bar located at WGV and 16, in Nocatee, FL. The facility was clean, organized, and nicely decorated. I received an amazing pedicure with nail technician, Kim. She was very professional, personable, and provided me with one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Thank you, Kim! I’ll be back to see you again soon! ❤️??❤️

won't go back. First off they don't do cuticles - I had my toes done - mediocre I kept saying cuticles please she did do some pushing back but no cuticle remover. I unfortunately - my fault I agree -- let her talk me into fingernail SHAPING and cuticles only well - she put my hands in warm water - took clippers which I NEVER use on my hands and cut my nails down to lower than the top of my nail tip - did not touch the cuticles. My nails were natural and long now they look horrible. I was not anticipating losing my natural nail growth -- It will take me three months to grow back what she cut off. Cutural appropriateness is also lacking - she asked me how old I was and why wasn't I at work ? Also decided that I should see a doctor about my feet. Rude, condescending and poor business practices.

Gave me exactly what I wanted and a relaxing environment. I got an eyebrow wax ($10) and gel manicure ($32). They have military discount four dollars off just gave that back as a tip $42 in totalThank you.
