Excellent service-knowledgeable sales staff. I experience good customer service, I was also first time Customer. I will definitely be bringing back my car to grease monkey to get more oil changes. Nice and personable staff.

I just took my truck to Grease Monkey today and I was incredibly impressed and overwhelming pleased with the quality of service I received! The boys were incredibly professional, clearly knew exactly what they’re doing, and worked super well together! Their customer service was off the chain and I was just absolutely thrilled by their work on my truck! Highly highly recommend!

Desastre. Used to be so good service and all and now it’s all bad. No more ladies Wednesday, I asked to add water for the windscreen wipers , wasn’t done, I had to stay sitting in the car with no AC while
They change the oil. The service was 4 times more expensive…took way longer than before. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The school boys than work there were very nice and courteous but the overall service was a catastrophe. No more of that.

I would not recommend this place. They did my oil change and were fast and friendly. I got in my car and looked up to see when my next oil change is due. My SunPass transponder was gone. I went back and asked where it was. they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I followed them into the shop and were like oh is it that. It was laying on the shop floor. They said it must have fell out and we didn’t notice. I don’t recommend going there
