“When I told my friends I was going to a Warhammer store they told me to expect amazing customer service and Elizabeth exceeded my wildest hopes. She was friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and eager to order what the store didn't have and send it straight to me. I told her about my personal hobby project and she was immediately excited about it and had helpful advice to offer. She also took one look at my wife and hooked her up with some free starter minis and invited her to a painting class. It really was a great experience on my birthday, and I am looking forward to going back soon. If anyone from GW reads this, Elizabeth is your employee of the year as far as I'm concerned.”

“Just had my daughter’s birthday party there today and my goodness the kids had a blast! There is only room for 8 kids. The room is about a classroom size so a little snug but the kids, parents, and I couldn’t have cared less. We did the paint party and that is honestly my suggestion for birthday party theme. Brittany made my daughter feel like a princess. She was asking if Brittany would remember her on our way home. She is shy toward strangers but she warmed up fast and I loved that as a mama. And my goodness the goodies the kids went home with that they painted and were super proud of (as they should be). Thank you Michael’s for giving my girl an unforgettable experience with her friends. I know she will treasure it.”

“Got into silver and coins just a few a few months ago, but I don't have a LCS anywhere near me. I was on a trip down to St. Augustine, and ended up stumbling in here. Needless to say, my first trip in was a memorable one! I only ended up walking out with a couple coins, but man I learned SO much while I was there. This place is an absolute GEM and the lady running it was very patient with a newbie. I've started looking for any excuse to make the 2 hour drive just to visit again! 10/10”
