We were not impressed with the room. No couch. In the middle of the night I woke up with severe lower back pain because of the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced.

Nicest Holiday Inn I have ever seen, great bar and breakfast area. Huge area outside with a large lit pool and hot tub (wasn't working as of January 11, 2024). We had a suite on the 6th floor, 619, with a view of the pool and lake that you see in the photo. We had two beds and a pull out couch bed. The room had a sort of kitchen setup with cabinets, no utensils, but a large refrigerator. The bathroom had a hydrotherapy bathtub shower combo that was great for my back. There are also a lot of places to hangout with chairs and even two gazebos.Food & drinks: Bar on site

DO NOT STAY HERE (Jan 2024) Craaazy Construction Noise 7am, Leaking Toilets through Floors!! Stayed here one night with wife and 2 kids. 7am on Saturday morning hammering on floor below began and didn't stop. Not just little hammering / alot! Floor shaking. Woke everyone up! We also had water on bathroom floor that we thought was from the shower the night before, but then when we were woken up by the construction point there was even more water all over the floor. While talking with the management for the second time before 8:00 a.m. about the noise, turns out you were told the bathroom above us with toilet overflowed and leaks through the ceiling all over into our bathroom. They decided not to tell us just hoping we wouldn't notice. We complained like but they said don't worry it's all taking care of and refuse to give any kind of a refund or even a discount for the construction noise at 7:00 a.m. waking us up in the overflowing toilet water ripping through the ceiling. The manager literally said it's okay you're checking out today and we're not giving you a refund. Unbelievable they would allow Construction at 7:00 a.m. and they wouldn't advise us that sewer water had been ripping through the ceiling into our unit,. If you value your sleep and your health do not stay at this hotel.

Laundry didn’t work wasted my money and time front desk no help . Had no clean clothes to wear to business meeting next day . Hotel is dated and hallways in disrepair. Worst $250 we ever spent. YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE COUGH IN NEXT ROOM . I swear a basic motel would have been better.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Bathrooms are not nice..tub fixtures need to be replaced, tub is disgusting, had a mat to not slip that is all tore up and looks dirty. Carpet stained, couch stained. A room card holder for both cards was tucked under the pillow without cards in it so was the room even cleaned properly? Check in took a long time after reserving online and then they had issues with credit card machine and said a drunk guy fell on ( why has this not been replaced?) Thought breakfast was included like it says on website but they tried to charge me $16.95 for a basic continental breakfast. On top of everything else loud drunks outside at midnight and room was across from elevator that kept me up all night. The hotel did acknowledge and make it right after the stay

The Holiday Inn ST Augustine Golf World was the worst hotel experience my wife and I ever had. They didn’t match the lowest online price, only gave us 1 water to share, put us in a room on a floor that was being totally renovated, room almost caught on fire when heat was put on. They then moved us to a room that did not have a king bed and when we checked out there was no coffee. The fellow Jason at the desk said they were out of cups and a delivery was expected later that day. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. DUMP!!!Noteworthy details: Place is a dump. Worst ever hotel experience. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
