Thank you Danny in the garden department for taking the time to assist me in finding the reed fencing at your store and offering to take measurements of my mini cooper to check if my car would be big enough to transport the materials back home. Ordered on line in store because supply was not in store. Great customer service. Did all the details on the computer and she made sure everything was correct before I paid. Supply was delivered to my home free of shipping

I moved to St Augustine last year from the El Paso area. The Home Depots there sort of work out of each others inventory. This store is a blessing to St Augustine. It’s run like Jacksonville Home Depots don’t exist. Vast selection on hand. Clean and well run. Thank you!

So much trash in the parking lot and along the grassy areas around the store. Disgusting. The store seems dirty and gross all around. Cleanliness is a big deal when it comes to shopping at a store.

I work in this area and I often come to this Home Depot for material. It’s a relief to see Tony in the lumber department because he is always so friendly and attentive. Tony has been helping me for many months, every time I show up in the morning he is ready to assist me and gather what I need. I have noticed however material not being stocked from the overnight shift. It is very frustrating to constantly deal with this since there’s pallets filled with lumber in the back not moved and stocked for the next morning.

Lots of stuff but sometimes too much stuff. Bulk stacks and vendor displays in some isles make it difficult to get around at times.

Had to decide: Lowes or Home Depot. Chose HD. Got 3/4 cart full and went to get paint. Shelf was empty so wife asked Victor behind desk. Said we'll get some down when we can. When we can told us nothing so we waited a few minutes and nobody showed.
Talk to Customer Service and they called manager who showed up within 5 min. Kevin said that Victor called for a forklift so that's all that they can do. Walked back to paint department. Still nothing done. No help at all!
Left and drove to Lowe's. Immediately were asked if we could be helped, were personally shown options and taken care of.
Between us wife and I used to have 3 HD credit cards and no Lowe's credit cards. By the end of today we'll have one Lowe's credit card and zero Home Depot cards.

When you place a simple order online, and hope for it to be available by curbside pick up... the customer care associates fail miserably!
One, they claim they cannot provide a curbside pick up service. Yet the option is available online AND there are two designated parking spots. The wait time is always 30 minutes ot longer for anyone to come out, or you're told to go inside.
Two, they screw up the quantity. An order consisting of two different items, a total of three - they messed up the quantities of each.
Ridiculous, slow service, and a multitude of excuses is all this store can provide.
