I bought a washer and dryer and had it delivered. The delivery crew is done be by an outside company not affiliated with Home Depot. At 6:30 in the morning an unmarked truck with two gangbangers pulled up. Tattoos, LONG wide dreadlocks and an attitude to match. "Yuh", "bruh", "we's" was how they spoke. I would never have these people in my neighborhood, let alone my house. And to top it off they installed my washer and dryer backward! Dryer was installed on the left side with a right opening door. How DARE Home Depot hire this a company to make deliveries! They're gonna get someone killed.

Kitchen Cabinetry HD Home Services associate Adam was very perceptive to our current update cabinet needs. His ability to use compromised vision between both our wants regarding styles, colors and materials was outstanding to say the least. All our questions, concerns and comments were thoroughly addressed and we were reassured of the HD quality, the warranty and the professionalism of each installation team member HD delivers and stand by.

Hubby and I are on the search for flooring for our Home. This is our 3rd stop. Home Depot had a great selection of waterproof laminate. However, everything was out of stock. I only have 3 stars because It takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.

I visited the Saint Augustine Home Depot on a Saturday about 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I gathered what I needed and went to the contractor desk to do a phone charge for my company. The cashier was quite unhelpful and rude and didn't know how to help me. She flat out said that the contractor area closes at 3 o'clock for phone charges. Again it was 1 o'clock in the afternoon. She said she couldn't help me. Every time I have gone into the store, I can never find anyone knowledgeable to help me. The staff is always rude and they act like I am putting them out. Unfortunately it is the only Home Depot in my area. This store has the worst customer service of any establishment I've ever been in. I know Home Depot is not exactly known for their customer service, but this store takes it to a whole other level! I really hope corporate and the store manager see this review!

My pretty little friends that WERE ON clearance LOVE LOVE LOOOVE and they look healthy and amazing. This store has amazing products and the service is always helpful. They teach me rather then shove it in my face. I'm there to grow my hobbies and learn so getting lost in there for hours is so worth it! The parking is scary since it's next to chic fila but once your in the store then the outside world is gone. My husband shouldn't worry about target he should stress Home Depot

I wish I could say this was a great experience but I've been to this location several times and every time it's the same thing. Barely any staff on the floor to help out. The cashiers are not very knowledgeable and seem to have a bit of an attitude. I will say the gentleman that tended to us by cutting wood for us was the only individual that was sweet and helpful. My original goal was to go in there for a bin and an hour later on- I got wood and brackets for the new shelves that I'm putting in the laundry room. A major pro is that the area did seem organized, clean and covid-minded. Loews for me is always a better choice when I can. If you can go there vs here then do it

Customer service couldn't be worse. Went in looking for compatible attachments to my newly purchased Troy bilt weed eater. Everything I researched online said all compatible attachments are sold at Home Depot. Not to mention I tried Lowes just for the short drive and they also said Home Depot sells all compatible attachments. So, upon arriving to Home Depot I walked to the associated isle to find 5 employees having a casual conversation and then when I walked up they acted like they didn't want to be bothered and either walked off or turned their back and continued the conversation. The one that tried to slide past me without saying anything is the one I asked for help in which he replied we don't sell that here and nothing we have is compatible with your Troy built. After he promptly walked off I simply looked at the isle with attachments and right on the box it said compatible with exactly what I needed, along with about every other attachment imaginable. Thanks for putting any effort into making my first stop since getting back from my 12th military deployment a memorable one !!!

Appliance Buyer Beware.......ordered a high-end washer and dryer set, including pedestals on 2/28/20. Was given a delivery date of 3/14/20. This morning I go on line and to check what time it will be delivered and find my delivery date was changed to 3/21/20!!! That's 3 WEEKS to deliver a washer and dryer. Went to St Augustine Home Depot to speak to someone in person.....was told it's delayed due to it being back ordered. Home Depot said they have no way of knowing if an item is backordered!!! What?! I would have ordered something else or went somewhere else if I had known it was back ordered. Never Never Never buy an appliance at Home Depot. Worst customer self ever!

Open but can't sell mulch, really. Time to become a customer if anyone except Home Depot. Went late to beat crowd and eliminate a 18 mile trip tomorrow. Given the hundreds I have spent in the last 3 weeks won't ever be back
