The place was packed day after Thanksgiving. I was expecting great deals, J. Crew Factory did not deliver. Sort of a disappointment. Used to love shopping the day after Thanksgiving to scoop up the specials. Nothing doing here.

Several visits here over the years. Good quality items, good sale prices, and friendly staff. Consistently our first stop when visiting the St. Augustine outlet mall.

I love J. Crew and always find something I love. The outlet prices are very reasonable. This location is one of the best J. Crew stores I have visited. I do not visit as much as I would like but I go when I can. Every time I have walked into this store, I was greeted by a staff member. It always seems like the staff is busy and productive instead of standing around like other establishments. The staff is also very friendly and personable. I think every time I have been to the register, they have engaged in conversation. J. Crew used to have a punch card that only ran a couple months each year. Each time you visited, they would mark off your visit and after 3 visits, you received 20% off your next purchase. That was really cool but I only completed it once! They also have a student discount if you show them your student ID. That always helps me! The store is very clean and tidy. The music playing is always pleasant. I have rarely seen items out of place because the staff is usually walking around checking everything.
