Went in and worked with Yeovanti Williams(new in sales and a good man)for a Jeep the wife wanted to see. Mr. Williams indicated the vehicle had been brought in on trade but not totally processed. He indicated there was an issue with the AC compressor. We walked it, a couple of additional minor issues arose(tire needed replacing and driver's seat was dirty and needed cleaning). We waited while everything was addressed. When it came time to sign the paperwork, I asked what had been done with the AC compressor. No answer from the gentleman who was leading the paperwork signing, so he sent the Sales Manager in. According to him, the compressor issue was another Jeep that came in at same time. So there was no issue. Early last week I went in to have the oil changed and the fluids, etc. are checked at the same time. No hint of coolant. None!!!! REALLY? So is this supposed to give me confidence you were honest about the compressor? This might be an \\\"As Is\\\" sale, but I have a recording of both the salesman mentioning the compressor and the Sales Manager claiming it was another vehicle. Hope it was...because I hate liars.

Buyer beware. Avoid this car dealership like the plague and do not trust a word that they say. Like any dealership the prices on the vehicles are set for them to make money and i agree with that because nobody is going to work for free but the vehicle i bought did now work for what i wanted and i went back 4 months later to sell it back and they wanted to give me $30,000 less then what i bought it. i know cars loose value the day they leave the lot but 30k that's crazy.

Their family plan that they insist on having on every vehicle they sell is, in my opinion, a huge waste of money. Additionally, I bought a brand new car from them and several months later, the antenna on the roof of the car just ripped off. I asked if it was still under warranty and I was told it is and they scheduled me to get it replaced. At the end of the day, I thought I was getting my car back with a new antenna and was told they had the wrong one and would have to order the correct one. This is almost 2 months later and I was told it's on "national back order"....words I am starting to correlate with another expression "wait out the warranty and hope the customer goes away". It's very disappointing. I just feel so let down. It was so exciting to buy my very own car that no one has ever owned and I feel like it's just crap now.

Trade in process was typical, however the payoff for our vehicle was misquoted. That vehicle Is still on our account, despite hanania "processing" everything nearly 2 weeks ago. we Expected the used vehicle we selected to have some minor issues due to being used, but the Hanania vehicle prep for sale is a solid C- Major gunk here and there, and clearly someone doesn't take pride I'm cleaning up a vehicle for sale. Windshield was dirty, under seats needed a vacuum, and it didn't smell very good. Finance guys desk was a mess, we weren't given time to read the documents, and the kids running around and climbing on display vehicles was a major distraction.

I was quoted a battery and negative ground wire $1100. My battery was under warranty and checked out good by Discount Auto. I told this to Mat at time of check in. He then quoted $770 for a ground wire as labor was 3 hours. I picked up my vehicle and was charged over $30 for "shop supplies". For an electrical diagnosis?? Obviously this fee is tacked on to every invoice but I was not told about it ahead of time when I was quoted a very high $225 to do a diagnosis. I bought the wire at Orileys and installed in in under 30 min. This was my 1st and last visit to this business.

I have to admit with all my years experiencing purchasing a car, I had the best experience yesterday purchasing a new car. There was no harassing. I did not feel like I was pushed into a corner with a deal I didn't want. They listened to what I was wanting and not what they wanted me to get. A special shout out to Eric Mejias. The salesperson that worked with me. He's awesome. He never once said "It can't be done". He said "let's give it a try". I will most definitely go back when I'm ready for another one and I would highly recommend all my friends to go there to. If I could go higher on the stars I would. Definitely a five star plus!!!! Thank you for not being leaches like the others.

First, I will start off saying stay away from this dealership and service at all cost. I was very disappointed with their service department and pricing. They charge way too much for repairs. Their diagnostic fee for just checking out what the issue is with your car is $285, which the normal fee is usually $75 to $100 dollars. I did not find this out until I shopped around. Lesson learned price around. 2nd problem the Service Advisor text me a link to view all the wonderful things they felt my car needed mind over half the list of items listed were done 6m ago. A tall tale sign of being taken advantage of. 3rd problem I took my car in because the AC was not cooling just blowing air. Needless to say on the report it stated that they found no evidence of a leak but would need to recharge the freon and run blue dye through it to see if there were any leaks. Mind you after stating on the report no leaks were found. They wanted to charge me $481 just for doing that. Which would have cost me a total of $764! I was blown away and not happy. When I tried to reach out to my Service Advisor Tamas Kardos all I git was a voice mail. I left a message waited 2 hours. No call back. Called again voice mail. Called for the 3rd time asked for another Advisor and still no answer. Tamas decided to call me back after 4 hours. I explained to him that I was not happy with the amount they wanted to charge and he basically said your paying for the technicians time. Really! At any rate at the end of day my bill would have been over 2k if I decided to let them do the service and mind you if the did the AC freon check and found a leak that would have been additional cost. I paid my diagnostic fee and l'm taking my car to a mechanic that is not going to take advantage of me and my hard earn money. The fact is that this dealership is way overpriced on everything. Please think twice before even driving onto their parking lot. Drive past, away, and don't turn in. Please take this advice because I had to learn the hard way and pay their ridiculous and outrageous diagnostic fee. I will not be going back and I will be sure to tell my family and friends not to go there as well. I wish I could give negative stars because I would give negative ?. ?

Got the run around I called my sales guy 4 days before I brought it in. I get there and get blown of by the service rep for cars bought in less than 30 days. Wouldn't buy from them again and don't recommend them for anything

Went to look at a truck that was listed @ 78K and when I got there they added 10K to the sticker price and they offered me 5K less for my trade in than what they offered on line. All in all, they tried to gouge me for an additional 15K. This was for a GMC, not a Chevy

I guess Mr. Jack Hanania Jr doesn't have someone to change 2 tires, or 2 tires in stock to make one of the easiest sales past 5pm when services closes. Nobody wants to get their hands dirty for some good old fashioned customer service or experience. Viewed vehicle at 11am, we were told to give them a few hours, it was going to get cleaned and 2 tires changed... only to find out at 8pm after we called and never received a call for an update that they couldn't change them. These were bald and one had a nail in it, but here is a we owe you paper, you can come back and get it. We were told "You can still drive it" Come on Mr. Jack Jr.We waited 9 hours for nothing... with money in hand. I will definitely NOT come back. And I will be sure not to recommend!
