They helped me when everyone else refused and tried to charge me over 300 dollars..but Jackson HEWITT did fix and helped me understand how the tax system works ..all this and got me a refund..total cost under a hundred dollars..thanks again for your help

I have used Jackson Hewitt tax service for over a decade. They have always gotten me the best return. The tax preparer has always kept me informed about the changes and options for filing my taxes as well.

Had an appointment for 3:30, showed up 15 minutes early and the office was locked and lights off, looked like it had been closed all day. We stayed until 3:45 and no one showed up, door was still locked. Left but booked an appointment for the next day hoping that someone will actually show up to the office.
