Bailey was in excellent hands with Dr. Thompson and her staff. They were so understanding and compassionate towards Bailey's anxiety.. It's comforting to know that such caring professionals are there to help our furry friends. Dr. Thompson developed a treatment plan based on my dog's needs. Their fees were absolutely affordable, and they even give you samples of medications ( if they have any ) to help you with the costs. It is obvious that they love animals and they're there to help them get better....I'll definitely drive 40 minutes to their clinic from now on every time my furry babies need help. They're worth it!

was down from Ohio and our dog was having problems with her eyes. Can't say enough good things about how they treated our dog. Excellent care and service.

Great place to take your family pet if you enjoy being talked down to while trying to make the difficult decision to end your pet’s suffering. The staff’s bedside manner was horrible and disrespectful. The utter lack of compassion and outright hostility towards us as the customer, somehow made making the decision to end our pets life easier just to stop the awful experience created by Jackson VeterinaryAs a response to your comment- yes you are correct.You have not seen my pet since 2013. Del Mar is a far superior veterinary clinic and they handle all of our needs. However, you did just see my in-laws pet. Based on the way you and your staff treated them, it has reaffirmed my decision in making the move to Del Mar.

Dr. Crabb is great but unfortunately, she lets her staff run her office. Having a Tech as an Office Manager didn't work for us.

I was not an established patient, and they fit us in first thing as a walk-in. Everyone was super friendly and understanding and cared for my pet, he was so happy immediately after treatment! They are our new vet. :)

I was very impressed by everyone at Jackson Veterinary Hospital! I was hesitant to try a vet at a large practice (I was used to places with just one doctor), but I'm glad I gave them a try! Dr. Glidewell was amazing. He was so kind and gentle with my 4 month old puppy! And also was really sweet to the toddler I had in tow. The entire staff was very welcoming and by the end my puppy went from being nervous to bouncing around having a good time! I felt like the exam was thorough and my dog received excellent care, but also realistic and down to earth with a care plan that suits our family. I can't remember the names of our vet tech or the front desk staff but they were all wonderful and even offered to help me get my dog to the car. They went above and beyond in every way! So glad I found them for new puppy's care!!

Spoke with a Tech and then Fran, who told me that they refuse to see my new rescue cat who has diarrhea, because I wasn’t provided with records from Feline Fairies. This is despite that I was told by the Tech and Fran that Jackson Veterinary Hospital has plenty of afternoon availability today. I found the interaction to be quite hostile and unhelpful. Thankfully Trinity has been welcomed to another veterinary practice where my cat can receive care.

DO NOT USE THIS VET! worst veterinary I've ever experienced! The lack of empathy while having to deal with the heart wrenching moment of putting our cat to sleep was unreal. The nurse helping with the procedure was curt, rude and down right insensitive. The level of care exhibited by Jackson Veterinary Hospital took an already traumatic experience and made it worse!
