Store isn't to bad but why have windshield wiper cleaners out by the gas pumps if you're just going to fill them with trash and not put windshield wiper cleaner in there. You see a guy out here taking the trash why doesn't someone fill the water. You can clearly tell it hasn't been filled in months

Dude this store is ridiculous half the time the employees are always going to break and then you got to sign on the door saying that come back in 15 minutes and 15 minutes they still ain't there they run out of gas like they need to get the crap together or they just need to shut down It is ridiculous I don't even go to the store anymore just because of every time I'm having to leave

I frequently shop here as it is beside my subdivision. I purchased three Red Bulls and two Celsius this morning got home and realized the Red Bull were sugar-free. I drove back up and asked the same guy that rang me up if I could swap them for the regular and he was going to but ask the manager and she said (rudely) not without a receipt. I’m not asking for a refund. I’m asking to swap out, the guy had already checked the price and they’re the same!!!!! I chose to not accept receipt due to wasting paper. I was literally just in there purchasing this. How hard can it be to swap out three cans? I actually don’t even think I got the discount that was posted on the drinks. But I didn’t say anything about that because I didn’t have my receipt and I can’t argue that. I’ll be sure to post this on our subdivision, Facebook page for my neighbors to know what a ridiculous manager is there. A new gate opened up across the street, I will no longer shop at this Circle K . Pretty funny, reading other reviews where people have similar experiences here. Maybe you should look into your ridiculous rude manager.

I loathe going into this store! It's gone downhill the past 4 months. Incompetent workers, even for a gas station. They treat their customers like problems.

This is the worst circle k i have ever been to.
They constantly lock the doors and put up a sign that says be back in 15 minutes but doesn't leave a time. This has happen numerous times a week.
They over charge and constantly make mistakes then tell you, they don't have the authority to refund you or fix the problem.
I work nearby at the airport and I'm not the only person who has noticed or complained about the constant problems this store has. Thank goodness they just opened a new gas station less then a block away.

Staff was rude and would not honor shelf prices. As a former employee for circle K and former shift leader it is circle K policy to honor shelf prices regardless of updated prices. Poor experience and will drive an extra mile to the next nearest circle K where service is good and friendly.
