Very Highly recommend. Don’t let the small entrance fool you. Mark & Darlene run the best repair shop in St. Augustine with a professional skilled and tenured crew. I currently have a Avalon but would trust them with anything they fix. The business is clean, efficient, fairly priced. Will only go to Karr Doctor.

Was referred to Karr Doctor by a family member and was completely satisfied with with my experience! After having my vehicle at a couple other shops for repair unsuccessfully, Mark was able to diagnose my problem and only recommended what was needed to repair! Best price in town and very professional!! A++++

I really appreciate that this place is honest and communicative. There was a time I got a quote from Toyota and it felt wrong, so I went here and showed them what Toyota told me I needed fixed and asked for a quote from them. Karr Doctor did their own assessment and found that half the stuff on Toyota's quote wasn't necessary, then what was needed to be done was done at a much more affordable price.

I brought my car for wheel bearings and brakes. Darlene and Mark were great. They provided excellent customer service and made sure that my car was running smoothly before I was on my way.

Traveling in my Class B RV, I showed up on a Tuesday at 8:30am with some brake light issues. Even though it appeared that they had enough on their plates for the next 5 years, they literally took me in immediately and got me all fixed. Great service and great communication.

I have had three vehicles fixed by Mark. He is very knowledgeable and honest, and that is something that is very hard to find. Nowadays I went there when it was owned by the previous owner, about 20 years ago I will always go there.
