I went to Kate Spade in St. Augustine to exchange or return a bag I had purchased for my mom.
When I arrived, I was surprised by the warm welcome from the two ladies.
Then I explained to her what my problem was, and she took the time to help find an excellent bag for my mom. Additionally, she offered us a discount.
I asked for her name, and she said her name is Sundas. She is a lovely person, very kind and patient.
As I am always afraid of not getting discriminated for my skin colour and my heavy accent. I was thrilled to see that there are still generous people in this world.
I said to myself, she deserves feedback.

We stopped into the Kate Spade store at the St. Augustine Premium Outlets and had a great experience thanks to Ally. She greeted us right away and was incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy. Ally really listened to what we were looking for and pointed us to a few perfect options, even pulling different colors and explaining the details of each bag. She made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection, but Ally’s service is what stood out the most. We left with exactly what we wanted and with a genuinely positive experience.

I had a very horrible and very bad experience in this store today. We purchased 2 Kate spade bags and went to return them as we found a better deal and colour online. The welcoming lady and her friend behaved so weird like they openly commented that - thank god you returned the purse and said it openly in front of us and announced to all the peers in the store that they can easily sell the bags. That was so cheap and so rude. Also they weren’t willing to show any bags .I would definitely never go to this store again.

I stopped in at the store today New Year’s Day so excited to purchase my new Kate Spade purse. The First Lady welcomed us and we searched around for a while until I found the purse I loved. I wasn’t exactly sure on the price so I took it to the register for a price check. The lady acted like she did not understand what I was saying. I asked again and she Rolled her eyes and took the bag and started calculating the price on her Calculator once she gave me the price I told her I wanted the bag she looked at me with disgust and said Oh, you want to buy this bag and I said well yeah I do. She rolled her eyes again and so I
said you know what never mind I do not want to buy this bag and I left the store and I’ll never go back into that one again

I came in the store back in early spring looking to replace my existing bag. I was greeted by Sundas and after searching, the bag was not available. She told me it would probably come out near fall/holidays and took my name and number. To my honest surprise, I received a message from her this week, along with a photo, advising me the bag I was looking for was in stock and on sale. Wow!!! I didn’t think this kind of customer service existed anymore. Thank you Sundas for going above and beyond and being such a great example. To her managers, please commend her for a job well done, she deserves it!

Kate Spade St Augustine Outlet Store #5736 | Ally, Stylist-Associate and Sundas, Supervisor worked together hands on to help find the perfect handbag for that birthday present where nothing ordinary would do. I enjoyed trying on backpacks for myself because the sale prices are simply delicious! Once my feet touched down, Ally and Sundas got me back on track with my birthday giving focus. Kate Spade Saint Augustine Outlet seriously knows fashion trends and every asset leaving their store is appreciated. Came in today for some watermelon items.The team member at the door was very attentive and directed everyone on how to best support.There was a watermelon dress but not in size Medium. We asked register agent if she can check the system or back, she checked back then we asked them again to check computer & said oh sorry item does not exist.We had to go back to the front agent and she said oh we can order from online & ship.Overall the explanation was alright but the team at the register needs additional training in locating & ordering items, it felt like she was in no mood to help or support.Thank you to the front team member for all the time and support, we were able to secure our orders thanks to her. (Wish I saw the name for credit)

Ally and Stephanie are absolutely amazing!!! I come to this store for years and they are always going beyond for me. Love the staff and Kate Spade!
