Just a few feet west of the Hilton Bay front. Has a cute little train that runs around the shop and a lot of the chocolate items and fudge are made in front of you. Fun for kids.Dietary restrictions: If you're a diabetic, you may not want to be in this store.

Seems like a good place.Issues: staff was rude when I said I allergies, and told me that my only option was ice cream.OK, cool looked at the ice cream, then they said that even normal ice cream was a bad idea because "I don't don't have time to clean the scoops, and we still cross contamination all the time."So if you have any type of allergy I wouldn't go.

Kilwin's is chocolate and dessert heaven. Stopped here when in St. Augustine for the first time. It's in the popular St. George Street area and the smell of the treats fill the air with mouth-watering smells. Open late, Kilwin's is a nice stop after a meal or for an ice cream while walking around the area. I had the caramel apple, and it was fresh, sweet, and rich without being too. My cousin purchased a scoop of ice cream, which she loved. I would go again for sure. My only con is that it can be a bit pricey.

Who doesn't love Kilwins! We stopped in for some fudge with our out-of-town guests, and they were very impressed by the quality and the taste! They selected two different flavors, and were very happy with their selections. I personally chose some chocolate covered pretzels, which were equally as amazing! The best part about it is you can grab some and then continue walking so you burn it off as you' go ;)

Very disappointing to spend $12.75 for a slice of fudge and have it crumble everywhere… nothing resembling fresh.

Uh, yikes... These chocolates were horrible. They tasted like the cheap vday chocolates they sell at cvs/dollar tree lol. The white chocolate tasted like soap. Just very bad. Save your money, these box was around $7 no thank you!!!

We stopped in last night for ice cream, fudge and ice cream. Jordan was the young man that rang us up. Jordan was absolutely amazing! His customer service and respect for the military was absolutely outstanding. He made my husband who is a military vet feel so valued. He is a remarkable person and wanted to share how much of an impact he had on our family last night. Thank you Jordan for being such a great soul. The fudge and ice cream was delicious as well, but Jordan will be the reason why we come back! Highly recommend you stop in for a delicious treat.

One of the best ice cream places I’ve ever visited. This is truly a gem in St Augustine and I would recommend this place to anyone. The ice cream was so flavorful and there was many selections to pick from. When we were there, the line was long but we were occupied with watching the workers make chocolate/caramel apples as well as waffle cones. Will be coming back again

Usually have a great experience at Kilwins but I can’t say the same about this location. Went in at night on 2/9. Cashier was impatient and rude- we ordered some coconut clusters and a candy apple (didn’t even have the opportunity to ask that it be cut in quarters because we’re traveling) and pretty much ushered out of the store quickly without any thank you for the tip we left (and probably shouldn’t have) Not a pleasant experience at all. Employees not happy at this location. I think it will be a while before we’re back and we definitely won’t be at the location in St. Augustine.
