I was sold a used white Nissan Sentra SV, Year 2015 with 65,000 miles.
At first, everything was great and driving smoothly, up until I went to Emissions. Granted, I did pass Emissions, which was good! However, afterwards my Engine Light came on and my car stopped and would shake and rumble. This was happening for multiple days on repeat.
Since I was denied a refund and I lived out of state in which I bought the car from, I decided to take my loss and get it checked out and corrected. I was only told the control arm would have to fixed, but it turned out the wiring inside had been completely torn and would have to be replaced and rewired. I love my car and the person who sold it to me was nice, however, I just wish I was notified of this problem beforehand and wouldn't have had to pay another $1700.

Do not buy any kind of vehicle from here to be shipped to the Virgin Islands. Bad experience once they receive your money it’s a wrap they could careless and it could take you from 3 months or more to get your vehicle and you will have to end up having to pay to get it fixed because you will spend money for a piece of junk that needs a lot of repairs. The sales rep will tell you he ordered your parts and that they are OEM parts and after 6 weeks it don’t show up and then he tells you he put in the order then he says it’s the owner when you call owner he says sales rep does not order parts he does and then he supposedly ordered it but the mechanic was out on sick leave so that’s another two weeks and when the mechanic comes back to work he tells you the part had not arrived. Well long and short of the story the Body Control Module never got fixed and the hub they supposedly ordered never happened and the old one is in the vehicle and as the picture showed it’s very worn out. If you want a vehicle from off-island, this is not the place . The pictures below shows a rusted oil filter which they told me the truck was good. They sent a housing for the key with no key inside. A next picture showed the coolant hose busted driving from the port. Another picture shows the entire exhaust system was hanging and needed clamps and braces the next day of arrival. The said vehicle arrived here with approximately 2 quarts of oil which it holds 8 1/2 quarts of oil. Leaking sunroof, opened rear window, missing track and the list goes on.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE EVERYTIME I GET MY CAR “FIXED” WEEKS LATER THE SAME PROBLEM STARTS HAPPENING AGAIN WHEN I CALL THEY NEVER WANT TO LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE WRONG THEY SOLD ME A LEMON !!

Don’t buy a car here! They sell “JUNK” broken cars, and then tell you to pay to fix it! When I test drove the car I told them about the noise in back end, they looked at it and said it needed brakes. No big deal, we would take care of that, so we changed them…Only to find out the car needs the whole back end replaced due a bent axle! Had it back to them in weeks up on a lift and was told it would be 1200+ to get it fixed. They are dishonest and sell broken car then tell you to pay for it! How you (NOT) take care of a problem that was already there?!? Warranty!?!? What warranty? Integrity? What integrity??Stay away……… Run

I'm an Uber driver. I got myself into a bind because my vehicle had high mileage, I still had 2 years' worth of payments, and Uber had phased my vehicle out. Everywhere I went, the answer was sorry we couldn't help you.
I searched for buy here/pay here places, and Klett Auto popped up. I was so very impressed with their reviews. They seemed like they were a place that really cared.
Well, that is correct. They really do care. It was a bit of a hurdle, but Cameron and the owner made it happen.
I was used to driving UberXL vehicles. But with gas prices as high as they've been its been cutting into the profit margin. The owner suggested a 2013 Toyota Prius Hybrid. I put $20-$30 to fill up the tank - which is half to one-third the usual gas cost for me, and I'm good to go with about 100 miles still in the tank after working 12 hours. And, I'm still making the same money ubering. I couldn't believe it.
There were a couple of minor things that needed fixing. I called and spoke to Cameron, and he got me in the same day. It was so easy peasy. I couldn't believe it. They fixed the items at issue and wanted to make sure I was safe and satisfied. That was so nice.
The whole time, the experience was wonderful. I know I was in the worst position possible. The owner said he wanted to make sure I could keep working. These people have been a true blessing. In a time when I thought there was no hope, they not only gave me hope, but they treated me with respect and kindness.
I'm so very thankful for Cameron, Kara, and the owner. I think his name is Jason, but I forgot it.
And the bonus - this car will be paid off by the end of the year, and I still have my original vehicle. They helped me come up with a reasonable game plan where both will be paid off within one year, and I'll be in a much better position.

I was on my way to Boca Raton from Virginia and my engine blew in St Augustine. I had some stuff in the car that my father who had recently passed had left me, and I couldn’t just leave. Jaesen came and picked me up on his day off and towed me 4 hours because he said he couldn’t let that happen to me. He also quoted me $800 less than the other companies around. Amazing example of a human being. Thank you.
