This doctor is the worst and should be avoided at all cost. He was very cold and distant. Didn't care about any of my medical issues all he worried about was my weight and what kind of insurance I had. I think he's rude cold and totally unprofessional I wouldn't ever go back or ever suggest this so called doctor for anyone. He shouldn't have a practice he's unprofessional.

I would give this office negative stars if I could. My mother is a heart patient and was discharged from the hospital 5 days ago. 5 life saving medications were supposed to be put in to keep her out of the hospital. I’ve called this office numerous times in which they said the medications were put in. CVS does NOT have them. Cheryl at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude and her response was “you’ve repeated yourself and the medications were put in last night”. I will be calling advocacy at the hospital and reporting this so called “doctors office”.
My mother needs these medications to live and to stay out of the hospital. No one in this office seems to care and wants to place blame on others. Maybe if they would actually put the cardiology referral in then she can get her prescriptions.
Promised referral, not put in.
Medication to live, not put in.
Stay away from this office!!!!!

Very rude staff. Maggie is the rudest person I have ever met. Was just outside the door came right in and told me I had to wait because she saw her favorite patient in the waiting room and wanted to see her first this is 45 minutes after my appointment time

I am an Insurance agent, and my member scheduled an appointment, gave all her insurance info, office staff said they accepted her insurance, had her come in and saw her, just to bill her $300 on her third visit. She liked the Doctor, but the office staff is incompetent and rude. If they did not accept her insurance, why would they see her, just to try to bill her $300 on her follow up visits. They scheduled a phone call to try to i guess apologize, but then never even did that. If they do not accept someone insurance, they need to tell the member that so they can go somewhere else.

Rude staff. Tried to make an appointment no answer for weeks no call back. Went in office super rude and said dr is new which is a lie…. She was arguing about not answering the phone. And I said I guess reviews are true then. Office lady said then why are you here. I said bc of insurance

This is my doctor. I’ve left five messages trying to get a call back to reschedule an appointment and nobody is calling. Nobody answers the phone.

Our aging mom was under hospice care and Dr. Kudia served as her physician. While he entered our mom’s life near the end, he was so compassionate, accessible, and communicative.He was also the first physician in her long journey who was honest, straightforward, but also very caring. He was understanding of her long journey at multiple facilities. He was the only physician in her journey who actually took the time to talk with us, look us in the eyes to answer tough questions, and provide comforting hugs. We had tough decisions to make to respect her wishes and Dr. Kudia respected us along the way.He absolutely made the right decisions at the right time regarding her status and we couldn’t be more grateful. In such a difficult time, I’m so glad we had Dr. Kudia caring for mom at Flagler Hospital. I wish we had encountered more Dr. Kudia’s as we navigated difficult times. He is an angel on earth.

I'm unhappy as they NEVER answer the phone. They're great when you can speak with someone, but very frustrating when you can't. They have these people called receptionist where when you call a business they answer the phone and schedule appointments.

Just awful! From what I have heard, he used to be good but that has changed! Doesn’t call you back, doesn’t call in prescriptions, asks you the same questions five times, answers calls while he is with you just to name a few things! His employees have quit…..

The physician is fantastic. I worked with him at Flagler Hospital and decided to make him my PCP. He notices physical differences in his patients that even the patients themselves don't realize, and will listen to the concerns of his patients with a considerate ear.

The front desk staff are TERRIBLE! My husband had an appt on Monday and the lady was nasty to him because we have medicaid currently. She said she was sick of 'you people' because my husband was dressed nice but had medicaid. She had no clue that my husband was a pipeliner of 30 years who just lost his job so we moved down here to start over. She had no idea that my husband is an Army veteran. She had no idea that he already has a job and came to the appt directly from his job.Then I was supposed to have an appt today and the front desk person gave me attitude and told me I wasn't on the schedule and they had 30 people so there was no way she could get me in today, yet there was nobody even in the waiting room. I'm not going back. I'm finding a new doctor who will treat me with respect from the moment I walk in. If you've had a good experience here, you're lucky, but we have no so I will not be returning.
