Disappointing experience with my gel manicure. The polish started pealing off on day 3 of getting the manicure in middle of a holiday..I never had a gel polish last this short.

Natile is an Artist always very creative and a Profectionist. Tina and Mandy are also awesome Nail Techs. They are always so accomodating. These ladies work with a spirit of excellence and make sure you are happy.
I am so thankful to know people really care and listen to your needs. I highly recomend this Salon!

I came in for a pedicure and Mandy used two different colors on my toes by accident. Instead of owning up to her error, she got angry with me for pointing it out. Overall, the place looked dumpy and in need of a good cleaning and updating. I won’t return.

I took my 10 year old daughter here to get her nails done for the first time. Jenny was amazing! Not only sweet and kind to my daughter, but also an incredibly talented artist. She did exactly what my daughter wanted. Jenny made a customer for life!

After being rejected by other salons due to the size of my wedding party, I called ahead to make sure they were able to accommodate. I was told to come right in, despite the late hour.
Seeing my frazzled nerves the night before my big day, Jenny made my evening relaxing, fun and stress free. When I became overwhelmed by choosing a nail color, Jenny gave me a wink and told me, “I got this,” and picked the perfect color for my gel manicure.

Walked in at a great time and was sat by Jenny! She's such a great tech and gave my friend and I a pleasant experience. We love our nails they're exactly what we wanted!! Definitely will be returning again.

During my temporary stay near downtown St. Augustine, I called 2 minutes shy of closing time on Friday in the hopes to get an appointment Saturday. I was pleased the phone was answered and I got an appointment for a pedicure the next afternoon. Natalie was my nail tech and she was super kind and very friendly. In fact, she was so friendly, I felt bad because I was almost done with a good book and didn't want to talk. Ha ha. Natalie did good work on my ugly heels and gave me a nice pedicure.
I have a feeling I would have had a wonderful conversation with Natalie. She genuinely was friendly. So if you want a good pedicure and a good conversation with a new friend, ask for Natalie. I think you won't be disappointed by coming to this location!
P.s. Apparently some regulars came in for their pedicures and I almost felt like I was in the middle of a friendly reunion.
