Last weekend I walked into Leather by Design and was promptly greeted by Jessica. I had no immediate plans to purchase anything, however, I did purchase two stressless chairs. Jessica was so kind and easy to work with.
Then delivery, another over the top service and kindness. Plus they took the ‘old’ furniture to donate. I received a full review of the various options these chairs have.
This is without a doubt the best shopping experience I have ever had.

Late last year, I stopped by Leather by Design [LBD] just to check out Stressless chairs and sofas [I have a very bad lower back]. Jessica is awesome - very knowledgeable and helpful but without the usual hard sell attitude. This March [2024] my wife and I stopped by, again try Stressless. We decided a sofa was just right for us. We are from out of state but that did not make any difference to Jessica; she was as helpful as ever and we learned a lot about options and choices. We are very glad we visited LBD great selection and very nice staff.

I saw their truck in the neighborhood and stopped to say hello. Keith asked me how my furniture was and I said great and then remembered that my rocker recliner had been making a noise. I must tell you, this set of chairs I bought 8 years ago! He and Jeremy stopped by and of course my chair wouldn't squeak. He did educate me as to why it had made that noise so I'm cool with that.
Next he asked about my newer chairs I had purchase last year for my den. He checked those out and all is well! I have also purchased a beautiful couch from them years ago.
I don't believe I have ever received customer service like the service that this company/store provides. They are willing to always go the extra mile and if there is an issue, they immediately respond to you.
I have referred at least 10 people to them in the last 8 years and I have never heard anyone say they weren't thrilled with the product and the service.

Our sofa had a problem with the reclining mechanism. Steve and Jeremy came to our house the next day and fixed the problem and restuffed the backs. It is nice and comfortable, just like new. The customer service is excellent and the furniture in store is beautiful!! Thank you Steve and Jeremy!!

This store has beautiful leather furniture especially the Stressless line. Decided to buy a Stressless love seat and Jessica truly helped us. She informed us about the company, the making of the furniture and its quality, and helped us with the many color choices available. Very nice person, calm and helpful throughout the process. The delivery person was there as well and he let us know what he would do to deliver and set up the piece at my home, and offered to remove old couch if necessary. The entire process was great and the people really care about their customers. Excellent business; I highly recommend.

We purchased an Ekornes Stressless leather chair 11 years ago from Leather by Design. We love the chair and it has seen years of daily use. Everyone who visits always heads for the Stressless chair. Yesterday, after years of problem free use, the reclining mechanism on one side failed. I called Leather by Design and asked about repair. (The chair comes with a 10 year warranty on the reclining mechanism.). Steve said bring the chair in and we will fix it. NO CHARGE !! I brought the chair in and that same day, it was restored to like new condition. Thank you to Steve, Jeff (the owner) and Jessica for outstanding support and service. If you want premium furniture, excellent service and friendly knowledgeable people, Leather by Design should be your business of choice !

Can’t thank Steve enough for helping today. We purchased our titan pelliser 2 years ago. When my husband was diagnosed with throat cancer shortly after, friends moved our furniture into storage. Fast forward to 2 months ago, husband is cancer free, the storage was emptied but transformers to our pellisar chair, chaise and loveseat were missing. Steve returned my call and said ‘come in and we will get you up and and running!’ Tonight, we are happily enjoying our furniture. Love the set and the fantastic customer service!

We are in love with our furniture. It is so comfortable and the leather feels luxurious on the skin. Doing business with Steve and Jessica was a great experience. They are professional-answer all your questions-and a pleasure to work with. Our initial meeting was with Steve and after 10 minutes with him I knew I would be a customer for life. I purchased a chair a few years ago and recently had a slight issue with it. I called and Steve & Jeremy came out the same day to replace a part and the chair is like new again! They took great care to make sure our carpet stayed clean while they made the repair. I would highly recommend purchasing furniture from Leather by Design!

Fantastic customer service by Jessica & Steve. I brought in a 23 year old ottoman that had broken one of it's support feet. Steve fixed it while I waited & I was heading home in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this store for personal & friendly service.
