I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for such an amazing experience during my recent eye exam and glasses purchase. Dr. Scott Thiele is truly the best—so professional, caring, and thorough.
I also want to give a big shout-out to Darin, Ginger, and Ricky. Each of them was amazing in their own way, and together they made the whole visit enjoyable, stress-free, and even fun. I left feeling confident and happy with my choices, and that’s because of the great team you have.
Thanks again for making my visit such a positive one—I’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved this store and especially Patricia. She is professional, has patience and she worked with me to order 2 pair of glasses. Will definitely go back to this location and will recommend Patricia to all our family and friends.
She also adjusted my current glasses noticing something is wrong and cleaned them.

Very great service. Darin F is extremely patient. I did not feel rushed when trying the different frames. He gave me his honest opinion. He helped me to calculate the best price based on amount insurance woukd pay and promotions offered in store. My glasses was supposed to arrive in 10 days and I got them 5 days early. Darin made sure my glasses fit perfectly before leaving the store. I am very happy with the level of service he provided. I woukd give him an A+++ for level of service!!!

My daughter is an optician, so I bought my glasses from her in TX. One of the tiny screws that held the frame together fell out. Because the screw was stainless steel, my magnetized screw driver would not pick it up, I could not repair the glasses. Took it to Lenscrafters @ 135 Jenkins St in St Augustine. In less than 5 minutes they got the screw back in the glasses, didn't charge me a thing, really top notch service.

As an out of towner, the ocean mesmerizes me. It mesmerizes me so much that I forget to take off my eyewear and then suffer when a particularly powerful wave knocks me over and, consequently, my glasses, too…LensCrafters not only took good care of me with speedy service, lots of kindness, a new pair of glasses the same day, and also joined in me in making fun of the situation (as that’s how I cope with not ideal situations!) My boyfriend lost his glasses at a water park, and LensCrafters was able to make him new ones in less than an hour! Kelly did a great job helping us pick frames that fit his face as well as budget. She ran our vision insurance and compared that to the in-store sales to save us some money.

The Ocean took my glasses off my face at 10:30 and by 1:00, the same day, LensCrafters had gotten me an eye exam and handed me my newly crafted glasses! I cannot express how nice, helpful and understanding the staff was.. I came in straight from the beach still a little wet and they were so compassionate and rushed to get me back to my family that was still waiting on the beach. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place deserves it!

I was extremely impressed with Darin and the staff at Lens Crafters. I lost my glasses on a Sunday, and Darin had me a brand new pair 30 minutes after I arrived at the store. I decided not to get a protection plan. Worst mistake I could have made. It's 2 days later, and my glasses are broke. I return to the store. Thank God Darin was there! He saved the day, AGAIN.. BEST EYEGLASS EXPERIENCE EVER.... THANKS DARIN?
