I was missing my daughter’s photo package that was sent to our school, I called Leonard’s and they are shipping me the package I ordered to my house all at no charge. Excellent customer service, this is how to run a business.

Very disappointed in my grand daughters school photos I am paying good money for. Second photo RETAKE still not good. Aren't they supposed to be professional photographers? She is in kindergarten! Who needs prompting to get the best photo as possible. Both photos she is not even really smiling like she does and looks even face fat when she isn't as all. I feel photographer didn't even try to create rapport to make her feel comfortable during photo shoot. I asked her why she didn't pose and show her biggest smile and she said she was scared to take the photo. Ugggghhhhh! Aren't Leonards' photographers trained to guide them through poses, angles, smiles, anything! Very disappointed in the quality as well. Looks fuzzzy. For the money and the packages I could have taken her to a private professional. Overall disappointed especially since this photo will go into the yearbook and be a life long memory for years to come. I don't even want to display on my wall in the living room!

I have to vent just a little…we just received the proofs from school pictures and I am very disappointed in the blatantly obvious lack of effort and compassion shown by Leonard's Photography.We fully recognize that it can be a daunting task to photograph children in a school setting, especially special needs children that don’t have the ability to react on command the same manner in which another child may. HOWEVER, at the very least this photographer could have simply asked that our son’s wheelchair be turned the other direction to have at least captured his face rather than a side profile!With a little effort, our son will laugh and ta-daa, there’s your chance to snap the pic! ??♀️ I hope this photograph either learns to do better or find another gig…I said what I said.Not that it matters in the grand scheme of things to them, but we are also the parents of a high school Senior and I won’t be purchasing their products in excess for our daughter because of this.

I don't understand why they can't take a decent picture of my kid. Parents pay lots of money for pictures, at least act like you care about what you are doing. Ask kids to smile. Center them in the picture. My toddler has pictures done at his preschool and they turn out fantastic. They can't even center my daughter in her school picture. Last year was even worse, her eyes were half closed! Like don't you look at the picture and think to yourself that it should be re-taken? I won't buy school pictures ever again

PARENTS- HIRE AN OUTSIDE PHOTOGRAPHER FOR SENIOR PICS AND ALL SCHOOL PICTURES. MORE VALUE, LESS ERROR BEWARE I just want you all to know that I am a mom who orders pictures regardless every year and I cant bring myself to even buy the lowest package of my son! You guys did such a terrible job on his pictures last year and before . I asked you to fix them and you told me you tried and the picture was not taken great therefore you could not fix the lighting, I have spoken to the school and district to get the company changed. If you have a photographer taking the picture correctly you don't have to bend parents over for enhancements. Those are corrections for your own mistakes and you still cant fix them so how do we even trust you? I'm sure you were the cheapest and that's why you were chosen, Its certainly not based on good photographers. I'll never be able to get the pictures back that he had taken last year because Leonards messed them up causing blue tint through them and then they were unable to "enhance" them. Do it right the first time and you don't have to do it again! No Value- Service is awful Why should you pay for enhancements on an elementary child??

The photographer took my daughter's picture at a slight angle and Leonard's refuses to adjust the photograph. They are not professional photographers, editors, or photographers printers. I could make the change on my iPhone in a matter of seconds and move to printing. They would rather lose business than provide a quality product.

If I could give them a zero I would. They make u pay to put ur senior child in a yearbook. All my other children who were seniors they went through Lifetouch and never charged a dime or sitting fee as they call it. Now I am going to be charged 86.00 just to get 1 8x10 picture. Lifetouch would charge only 15-20 dollars. Always happy with Lifetouch.do not go to these ppl

Leonard's is horrible and they will never get my business again. They take horrible pictures and don't care how bad they turn out. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they don't honor it. I had prepaid for school photos for my son. When the digital version of the picture was available I contacted them immediately because it is an awful picture. I don't even have any physical photos of the $51+ package I ordered yet so I asked them to cancel my order. Instead of apologizing, canceling my order, and refunding me they are rude and playing games. They sent me a return shipping label to send back something I don't even have. I have to wait for the terrible photos to come home then waste my time and gas to return something that I asked them to cancel just so they can prolong refunding me. Bad business and horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from Leonard's again and I contacted the BBB. The schools need to choose a better company for school photos and stop doing business with this unprofessional and horrible company.

We purchased a yearbook through Leonard’s and never received it. I was charged for the yearbook and it was never given to us. When I reached out, I was never offered a refund and I was basically told it’s the schools problem because they shipped it to the school. So I paid for a product I never received and now I cannot get one from anywhere. This is horrible customer service. This may seem minor to some, but to us it is a whole year of additional memories lost for our kindergartner. ? Wish the schools used a company that was more concerned about giving costumers what they paid for. Feel like we have been scammed!

When I spoke to Gabriella on the phone, it was early morning and she was so helpful with my photos. Great customer service she went above and beyond to help me print out my photos.

I'm so sorry our school district used this organization for senior portraits. Our portraits were absolutely terrible. A trained chimp could take better photos with an iPhone. Beyond the quality problems, their website is an absolute joke. Portraits took weeks for "processing" -- making me question whether I was still living in the decade we all do. I even called to ask a representative whether they were using digital photography as they kept sending me emails stating that my photos were ready for review, only to find that they were still "processing" them.... processing how? Are they driving to the last photomat somewhere in Timbuktu? Guessing the school district has a vested interest in this studio, because there is simply no compelling reason to use this business. They redefine the word "suck", and not in a good way!

The staff aren't friendly! They charge you the cost of the picture PLUS $12.99 for shipping. That's a shame! Should be the price of the picture and ship the photos to The YMCA so the coaches can pick them up! $12.99 is a bit much for 1 picture!!
